Olan's thoughts for this strip:
The wait is over - enjoy the new strip!
First off, let me share some news - Loaded Dice is now on twitter (follow us @ldcomic. Tune in there to keep up with random musings from me, as well as comic-related updated. Doesn't that sound like fun? Or something?
Don't forget that we have a fan page on Facebook. Keep up with us there, share your thoughts, etc.
Now, as for this week's update...
It's always fun to serve the DM a slice of humble pie when his schemes don't work out. Of course, you have to be careful to do it in such a way as to not provoke further wrath.
I believe that the other gamers may fine Rich if he keeps this up.
We are getting very close to the end of the current story arc; stay tuned to find out what lies in store for the party beyond the frozen monastery. Also, we have several guest pieces that will be running over the coming weeks.

Script for this strip:Amy: "So, the barbarian is dead?"
Steve: "Yes."
Tim: "What, no grand narrative?"
Brad: "Yeah, what happened?"
Steve: "**mutter, mutter**"
Rich: "What was that, again?"
Ray: "C'mon, man! Don't steal my glory!"
Steve: "Fine."
Steve (narrator): "The axe-wielding barbarian lunges for Faustus with a death gleam in his eye, and his weapon launched in a killing arc."
Steve (narrator): "Unfortunately for him, he fails to take the low ceiling into account, and instead of burying his axe in the skull of the knight, he does so in the floorboards above."
Steve: "The opening gives Faustus time to recover, forcing the barbarian to pay for his blunder with his life."
Tim: "Way to go, man!"
Ray: "Why, thank you."
Rich: "Barbarian - job with a definitely limited ceiling."
Tim: "Dude, now you're just trying too hard."
Rich: "Meh, they can't all be great."
Steve: "Lucky us."
