A Mother's Fury
Neath the ever pouring rain,
Blizzards blacken, skin to stain.
Tropic heat, green waters flow,
Volcano's belly, into I go.
Road long travelled, traveller worn,
Face etched with the pain she's born.
She forsakes, pays all cost,
Tries to find the chld she lost.
Spread the wings and take to sky,
In her heart he hides the lie.
The child is dead, this she saw,
Fang from wing and tooth from claw.
When, to Death, she be guest,
Then at last she'll find her rest
