Linda Blackmon was born on the Mars colony to Starfleet parents; her mother was a science officer and her father was a Security Officer. Her mother died in an accident when she was only 6 years old, and her father took her aboard the ship he served upon. She grew up aboard ships and, being raised by her father as sort of a Tomboy, she naturally gravitated towards a security tract when it came to joining Starfleet herself. |

Several previous broken bones - Right wrist, right tibia, left ulna.
All injuries result from training/sparing in Muay Thai prior to and during Star Fleet service. |

Her record does note that she has been known to argue with fellow officers and being rather agressive at times, coming close to physical altercations. These incidents have caused her to be passed over for promotion on several occasions.

Not alot is known about Ensign Linda Blackmon except that she seems dedicated to her work, and she is sometimes quick to anger. Though she is quite attractive, her physical strength and stout demeanor have, so far, turned away any unwanted advances.
She is serious about her work, her physical conditioning and combat tactics; if not in the gym sparing, she can be found on the Phaser range, or reading Tactical journals and courses.
Linda's only friends appear to be personnel within the Tactical/Security group. She is always early for her duty shifts and performs efficiently; she has been known to stand extra shifts to relieve others without complaint.
While her service record does make note of her past discretions at her previous assignments, she has been a model officer aboard the USS Peregrine.
