Draconics
All characters in Legacy have some draconic ancestry... As dragons are magical creatures, many have a natural ability to shape change into other forms. Many more learn magics that can transform them as well. Given how magically inclined dragons are, it is not unreasonable that at least one dragon of every color has come across the shape changing ability. Also, the libido of a dragon that can shape change is not exactly going to be limiting his exploits.
So throughout the passage of time, certain areas become prolific with the blood of certain colors.
Bizzuks, for example, is teeming with descendents of Silver, Gold and Brass.
Blackfay Marshes are crawling with black scaled lizardfolk, halflings with horns, humans with scales and black skinned dwarves.
East Rose is rife with Blue humans and elves.
The countryside is home to the dracotaurs, draconic wolves, and even draconic birdlife and small animals.
Not everything is partially draconic, but there's enough around to see one a day at least while travelling. If travel is possible in your neck of the woods.

The Kingdoms
Here is an update on geography. Keep checking this post for updates.
Bizzux
Bizzux is the biggest, and oldest city in the known world. To be a citizen of Bizzux is to be among uncountable millions. Crime is surprisingly low due to the flying draconic patrols, ever vigilant to keep the bustling metropolis a well oiled machine. That's not to say that crime is not around. Those that benefit from others just have to go about their craft in a much more cautious way. The Grand Service of Bizzux serves as both a ground army and a naval fleet. Other metropolis' dare not incur Bizzux' wrath, as both a courtesy and out of fear. Emperor Hosteratix the Eternal holds the crown in Bizzux. As far as Hosteratix is concerned, the Elder Wyrm holds the crown over all dragonkind. With an immeasurable hoard, and the means to decimate any foe that cross him, Hosteratix rests easy knowing fully of his supremacy. Hosteratix once earned a favor of the draconic god of time, Chronepsis. Hosteratix has not aged since. While he grows in size and power, he looks as grand as a dragon a third his age. Hosteratix is 5,640 years of age. His brood is sizable, estimated around 500 draconic children, many of which he has far outlived. His eldest living son, Prince Arikdasadakuundax the Mighty, (AR-ik-da-sa DA-koon-dax) leads his armies and also holds a sizable fiefdom of his father's territory called Belwick. When the Shade Lord came, Hosteratix was deceived and forced to serve Marellis. The Shade Lord fused the emperor of dragons with the Plane of Shadow, making him truly endless.
Bizzux is on the far eastern shore of the continent. (think Virginia as far as weather & static location) The Eastern side of the territory is a gigantic port. The dockworkers spend many generations in the salty ocean air, never even seeing the grand spires and wonders of their city. Bizzux' major exports include: most grains, fine armor, fine cloth goods, paper, non-tropical fruits, Silver, and ornate furniture.
For times sake, I will just give basic info for the rest of the cities, I will add more to them as I get time. If you just want specifics about any certain one, tell me.
Six Towers
SxSW of Continent. Directly south of Devil's Spire.
Ruler- Lord Sulphisextantus the Unliving
Terrain Type: Swamp.
Main Export: rice, cane & granulated sugar, iron, alchemy supplies, crude mercenaries (rogues & fighters).
Norcross
NW of Continent. Borders Devil's Spire to the southwest. (Devil's Spire is directly southwest of Norcross, seperated by a mountain range.)
Ruler- Seifu the Enlightened
Terrain: Primordial Forest.
Main Export: Highly Trained Mercenaries, (monks & rangers) herbs, silk goods, lumber, coal.
To the north of East Rose is a primordial forest within a deep valley. Within this enchanted forest lies the kingdom of Norcross. This is the rulership of the Green dragon Seifu the Enlightnened. Before the Shade Lord came, Seifu was dedicated to the study of philosophy, meditation and martial arts. His massive and ancient dojos have produced some of the most fantastic warriors the world had ever seen...
In the aftermath of the coming of Marellis, the Shade Lord, Seifu has been lost for some twelve years. He gave his life defending the sacred teaching institutes. As a gift from the Shade Lord, the conquering general was given the territory. Il'Hadrisster the Merciless, Wraithlord, the Grey Dragon, is the headmaster there now.
The remaining monks and warriors of the dojos are scattered, as are the brood of Seifu, some sixty green dragons of various ages. These monks are known throughout the land as loyal hirelings and terrifying shock troops. Most monks give long and sober thought before committing to any arrangement of employment, but once they do, the earth will move before they are swayed from the course.
Devil's Spire
NxNW of Continent. Directly north of Six Towers.
Ruler(s)- Devil's Spire is ruled by two Red Dragons named Ember (Male Red Dragon) & Singe (Female Red Dragon) The two are "married" out of individual gain. Ember is more of a magic user, while Singe is a bloodthirsty warrior. Each of them seek to overthrow Six Towers to the South, yet combined, they are still no force for the power of Sulphisextantus. Until they are comfortable, they brood and act as if they support Sulphas in all his affairs at Wyrm Crown.
Terrain: Mountainous on it's borders, and red clay desert valleys in between.
Main Export: Evil aligned wizards, slaves, minor & medium magical items, scrolls.
East Rose
Direct Center of Continent.
Ruler- Antagony the Keeper of the Kingdom, the Wight Queen.
Terrain- Vast Rolling Hills.
Main Export: Nothing. East Rose is the Trading Hub of the Continent. All land based travelers must pass through East Rose as some point if they are on a long trek. It's almost like a giant market. Tents and vendors always being set up, and going on their way. One is wise to keep an eye on his coin purse, as gypsies and vagabonds are often among the throngs of travellers. The road east of East Rose leads directly to Bizzux. While the road West will take you to Black Fey Ferry, which can then take you to Six Towers through Black Fey Marsh by boat.
