I know you lot are fed up with my delays, but I will post in two days, on Sunday. I just had all four of my wisdom teeth removed with only local anesthesia. Meaning that I was awake for the whole thing. Generally today went something like this.

1. Nice dentist, friendly chap. Nice to meet you.
2. Seven shots of numbing stuff. This was the unpleasant part. Rather like a small electric shock.
3. Blood. Lots of it. I blasted heavy metal in my ears the entire time with my MP3 player. Little knifey thing. Little bone saw thing. Chisel and hammer. Pliers. Stitches.
4. Got to keep one of my teeth. Bled some more.
5. Got stuff stuffed in all four corners of my mouth.
6. Went home, passed out in my room.
7. Got the stuff out.
8. Ate some ice cream.
9. Logged into Rdinn, as I am currently incapable of speech..

The Murder Mystery is my first priority. Sunday it is.

.. had the same little mining excursion on all my wisdom teeth years ago... two were impacted and had to be dug out. Strange thing about going into the military.. they like to take out your wisdom teeth so they dont cause problems later.

I sympathize! My well wishes for a speedy recovery!

I guess I was lucky - when I got my braces put on they removed four molars so that my wisdom teeth had room to come in properly.

Of course it sucked just as bad getting those four out, but at least it's a more distant memory.

Yeah they took all four of my impacted wisdom teeth a few years ago, thank god they knocked me out (actually I am pleased to say that most of the medical crap I've gone through they've decided to knock me out for) but recovery was a female puppy dog. Ehh... I pray the pain killers actually work for you, the codeine they gave me just make me puke.

I must say, people take some delays from the Inn for the greatest reasons...I mean Wow.

I'm in the same boat as adimiral. I had four teeth pulled ( the ones right behind the canines)so my wisdoms can grow in. But having any tooth pulled is never a fun thing >.<
