Some of you may recall my simulated baseball league project. It's still a long way off from completion - heck, I'm not even ready for playtesters.

Beware, the only internal team page that works at all is the schedule, and it still needs some tweaking. All I am doing here is sharing artwork.

I happen to be a big simulated baseball fan. I've run leagues in the past using Miller Associates Baseball for Windows, and downloaded Out of the Park Developments OOTP9 this past year. I started years and years ago with Sports Illustrated Baseball.

If you guys like, I could open up the ability for you to get logins and grab a team. Of course, you won't be able to do much but change your draft preferences... and get irritated with me as I wipe the player pool, redraft the rosters, etc in pursuit of testing.

So you might not want it, after all.

I have assigned Grugg a login. If anyone else (Deathwysh, GreyGrey, Bromern) would like a mostly impotent login to tinker with things, please let me know.

You won't be able to do much right now but look at your roster (which will change repeatedly as I test and retest the draft logic), look at your schedule, and edit your draft strategy. I do almost have the ability set for you to set starting lineups, pitching roles, promote/demote players, and set substitution logic.

I have some very rough calculators to predict success over the course of a season, but I'm not happy enough with those formulae to release them yet.

So all told, this is liable to be boring for a bit. Even so, If you want in, let me know.

I am content to remain unbored for the time being.

But as i understand these fantasy game thingies, once Olan gets the system working, you can tweak it to any game - hockey, basketball, nude volleyball, golf.
