(No I can't come up with -his- name right now. *le sigh* I've got lists and lists of baby names running through my head, it's amazing some days I know my name... but you all know who I'm talking about! )

a dm rolls a d20 knowing nothings going to happen and says "interesting." Makes me laugh every time.

Isn't that part of every DM's standard bag of tricks?

Did the same last night. Player had to roll a Fortitude save vs paralysis... came up with 26 or so. The DC was 16 IIRC but my reply was "Is that the final score?"

One Action Point later I agreed that 32 was enough. :-)
