Artemis Entreri!

Does anyone else have the problem of reading a book centered around the super classic Drizzt and find himnself or herself wrapped around Artemis Entreri's completely mind blowing rise from nothingness to almost mythical crime lord turned good slash I rage on anyone who I dont like? Or not to mention Jarlaxles just phenomenal story, with Bregan De'Arth and just his whole mystique? I just picked up my copy of the Dark Elf Trilogy and it brought back some fond memories of sitting in health class and saying no no the only part of anatomy I care about is I hope our dm has a sweet critical hit description later .
Ahhhh for the joys of being a kid and not having to worry and being able to sit there and dream about your characters.
Anyways, if anyone has any good DnD based reading aside from the Forgotten Realms, please let me know, I love to read about it. I would recomend the Dragon Lance series..... The authors do a fantastic job with unforgettable characters. I mean Tasselhoff? Dalamar? Tanis? Tika? And god knows Ive modeled ssssoo many mages off the consumate mage Raistlin
Oh by the way, all credit for anything I said goes to Margeret Weiss, Tracky Hickman and R.A. Salvatore, mainly using the character names. Im not sure how that works online and I dont want to get slapped lol.

Mod Edit: moved to the common room... *facelick*

In progress

I'm currently writing a novel set in the Realms of Twilight world. I hope to have it finished and on its way to the printer by the end of the year. Hopefully it will be on par with the beginnings of R.A. Salvatore or George R.R. Martin. I haven't decided yet, but I may post a chapter or two here, just to get general opinions. If I do it'll be in the creative corner of the site.

Also, I would recommend the Sword of Truth series and (if you can find it) the Cloakmaster cycle set in the Spelljammer setting.
