Hey folks,

After being away for far too long, I have returned and am looking for a game. My preferences are sci-fi, especially Star Trek and Star Wars games, but if the game is good I'll try just about anything.

I think I still have some snippets from my previous games stored somewhere, so if you need an "audition" I think I can scare something up. Worst case, I can direct you to the threads of some of those old games.

So if you need someone for your game or are thinking of starting one, gimme a holler.

I've actually never played the Star Wars game, but I understand the Vitality/Wound health system. I could go and use google to learn how to play if need be.

Just looking to play for now. Might try to run something once some other obligations I have clear up a bit.

I'm just as ok playing with a freeform game as a game based on an existing system. I'd have to refresh my knowledge of the Star Wars system too.

If you are looking for a SW game, I have one that should be starting due. It looks like it would be starting at the end of the summer, due to one player being caught up in real life, and one having to get a new laptop. It's the saga edition set from Wizards.

If you were to run a SW game, I'd be more than happy to join.

If I run a Star Wars game, it will be free-form, just folks telling their character's stories as the overall story progresses. I'd do some extremely simple, hard and fast dice rolls for resolving combat and things like that, but even that will be in a broad sense. I just enjoy telling a story and letting others do the same, keeping rules and mechanics to a minimum.

Hahaha-- SirSadaar knows his Star Wars backwards and out, he's my favourite bet for a good game of SWRPG. I implore you to join us-- you'd be a perfect fit, and it's a unique setting for us all (I think)!
