Inquiring minds want to know,...
"How many active members are on the forums currently"?
Lifting the rug and looking to see who's scurrying around down here. What our common interests might be and what games people are looking for,...
Sound off like you got a Pair (of dice!)

You've probably seen me around. I'm in an active cycle for me, though I'm a notorious flake who might disappear for weeks at a time because I tend to suck.
I currently run Star Trek: Edge of Duty, though that game is starting to wind towards the end of the current storyline.
I'd love to DM an old school D&D game again, but I keep failing, so I dunno. I keep pretending that I will one day revive Zombies in Chicago, too.
Away from the Inn, I'm a father of seven (five kids still at home). I also brew my own beer for fun.

3!
It's meeeeee!
Currently playing in The Bleeding Lute, Star Trek:Edge of Duty, and taking a another run at Trilogy War (because why not?)...
I'm interested in most game genres (although high-magic settings tend to put me off a bit... oh, and just about anything based on anime and/or "furries" is a no go, for me) and, like Finn, I really enjoy the collaborative story telling fun that is found in freeform games. So... I guess I could be pulled into just about anything...
And, did Olan say Zombies in Chicago?!?!?! Dude... Murph has been waiting for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time.... Doooo IT!!!

Well I'm here and these are the currently active games followed by the not so active and fizzled games I've tried.
I'm usually open to try most rule sets, so far Cyberpunk was the only one I couldn't grasp.
Would love to see the Serenity games come back.
The Trilogy War
Star Trek: the Edge of Duty
Titansgrave Adventures
Weird War II
The Crimson Crusaders
Destiny's Flight - A Serenity RPG
The Leather Coats Avengers
Treasure Seekers
Continuing Where We Last Left Off Again
Demon Wind - (on hiatus)
Voyages of Rocinante - Serenity/Firefly RPG - (fizzled)
Star Trek: No Good Deed - (fizzled)
Orb of Cleft Game - (fizzled)
Star Trek: the Cassius Incident - (fizzled)
The Gobber King - (fizzled)

I have played in a lot of games.
Active:
Trilogy
Lost Mine
Titansgrave
Innactive, I think, but wish not:
Slate
Supernatural
Dark Sun
Iron Age
I have done other games as well. Most of these are traditional D&D style games, although not all actually use that system. Some, like Titansgrave and Dark Sun have unusual worlds and the are a bit different. Supernatural is, well, supernatural. Weird War II was an awesome WWII based horror game that I miss. I'm almost always up for something. Hammer recently threw out an option for a different game I might try.
I know nothing about free-form and have thus not done it. If I actually understood what was going on and how it worked I might give that a shot as well.

From the Ashes
Just returned to forum today. been gone a while... dont really know how long.
Was Salvator. lost info and dont use that email no more so just made new profile. ANYWHO! I am back, and I can be counted among active members. (I have alot of time on my hands these days)
enjoy the 1st and 2nd edition D&D, D6 SW, d20SW, played Vampire, few others i cant remember
Willing to try just about anything but probably need a little assistance with making a character in everything. Been a while, alot of rust, and a loss of all semblance of books.
I just want to play, man! haha

Hey! Welcome back!!!
I'll spare you the facelicking since I'm pretty sure I got you when you originally joined us.
Good to have you back, man! Jump on in and start playing... I'm sure there have to be a couple of games looking for players. Like this 5e game, for instance! Nomad really wants another player.

I'm kinda active. I lurk most times only because my free time has been over run by a 10 month old. but I'm hoping the game I'm currently in revives soon.
other than that I'm the local Silent One... I observe, listen, and write some mediocre poetry.

This is me...
I am here. Always have been, always will. I currently run the active CyberPunk game and am participating heavily in the Star Trek game. Aside from that, I'm a shadow of what I once was as far as activity is concerned and ever hopeful that I'll be able to one day dedicate more time.

Still Here with Nomad
Several years ago I came to the Inn with a group of Managers who played Duelmasters (renamed Duel2 because the small play-by-mail company was out muscled financially by a certain much larger company that decided to use the name Duelmasters for one of their games!)
Nomad and I are the only Managers who remained here at the Inn on a consistent basis!
I currently play Vegas in Brom's Cyberpunk game, but chances are my character may die!
The game Nomad mentioned 'Supernatural' has been on hiatus so long that I am not sure I could get my character revved up to play again?
Nomad mentioned another game that I have decided to GM if there are 3-5 Players who are interested in playing!
Role Players are the most important addition to the proposed game, as I will handle the dice rolls and can certainly help people develop and create a character!
I am getting acquainted with the rules etc and have more writing to do to prepare the history and setting, but if enough people want to play then I will do so!
Just wanted to do something different as far as a game goes!

Yo. Chessic here. Been here for a year or two, but still pretty new to tabletop rpg's. Flaked pretty hard on my last game, just got done giving an apology to that group.
I like most games on here that give room for player interaction. I'm most comfortable in D&D 3.5, as thats the system I learned in, but I do my best not to be too picky about that. Pet peeves are games where the GM is so 'hands-off' we players have no idea what to do next(a problem that has rarely happened on here, and bugs me just as much as railroading, honestly), and GM's who set out to team wipe for whatever reason (thus far only a problem in real life).
I'd like to join back in with some games soon. I have a penchant for fantasy, usually high magic, but that's mostly been because of availability, really. Bonus points to games that are juuuuust loose enough to at least consider Rule of Cool. Because, in the end, if my character's gonna die, then by God they're gonna die in such a manner the whole group will remember it years later.
I mean, what good is living your own story if nobody ever tells it again?
