As you travel the winding roads to Amn you have a clear journey but as usual there are bodies dumped in ditches but as you get closer to the capital more and more bodies appear in these ditches.

As you wander into throught the gates of Amn you are Immediately stopped by guards but these are not city guards adorned in full plate and longswords these are street thugs dressed in studded leather and have clubs waving menacingly in their hands.

The pair stop you and ask of what business you have here. You can see from over there backs that the city is not the splendour that it used to be some houses and burn on the roof and only few citizens walked about the place and from the way they moved you can see the were fearful.
