World's Largest Dungeon
The World's Largest Dungeon. 800+ pages of a single dungeon crawl. It has a special one-way entrance, so there is no leaving once the party enters.
Begins at level 1, ends at level 20.
Includes every single type of monster in the 3e core.
Covers one year of game time, roughly 1.5 years of real time assuming a 3 hr/week session.
I'm starting it with my tabletop group this week. I plan on chronacling the journey here. It should prove to be epic.

That is just amazing. I have one question though. When you play table top with a dungeon crawl, do you yourself show them a map and have a copy of a map on hand to show traps, or just tell them, " the hall way goes down and left...etc." or do you use minis?

Whoa! Dude!
My kinda crawl!
1. WHERE didja find it?
2. Is there another copy available?
My TT group loves long scenarios ...
3. How do you intro chars to replace those that die in the process of crawl that intense and extensive? (odds favor at least one in that category)
Jozan, F.Y.I. -- I use and do any and/or all of the above, it just depends on the players' preferences, which I ask for before-hand ...
If the group I DM has active imaginations and good memories, I can just do the "description" format.
If they're new, "lazy", moody, or just a little slower than some, I'll use miniatures.
But I use maps for all groups. And I have keys for all maps for consistency ...

Tried it and failed
Well, first I'd like to correct you. There are more than one entrance as well as exits. This was made so that you could start the crawling at a higher level or get them out if you all get bored with the crawling but liked the characters to continue. These exits can be seen on the map as well as they are mentioned in the first chapter I think.
Me and my friends were going to start this crawling couple of months ago (September I think) and we made a single rule before we got started. No Kenders! There was one who wanted to play such a creature and she got voted down, mostly because no one would stand the presence of a Kender for a full Campaign. We got through the first session and then we simply could not stand it much longer. They were so used to starting at higher levels that they couldn't deal with 1st level characters. They also couldn't deal with playing in a dungeon for over a year.
So we started a new game and everybody was happy. The World's Largest Dungeon is a very cool and epic-like idea, and I sincerely hope you and your players enjoy it.

Notes
We use miniatures. My group has been using them for about 4 years, and we don't really see a need to stop.
Yes, the WLD is readily available for about 40 bucks on Ebay. Retail is $100, though I'm sure it's in print anymore.
Skari: Our dungeon only has 1 entrance and exit These characters will either complete or die in the dungeon. I think it cheapens the adventure to have multiple entrances and exits.
Also, in the case of death before resurrections are possible: I think it's very possible that characters get separated from their parties and search for new ones, or even wander into the dungeon alone for some reason or another - so replacement isn't an issue.

Casulty!
Already one is gone. The player decided to opt out for fear of such a long commitment. We start tonight with only three.

Ha! Another group of fools!
We've played the WLD for some time now (though the game's been on break for the better part of 2 months) and our characters are on levels 5-6. More than a few casualties so far. The dungeon(s) is insane. And I mean really crazy. Good ole brainless fun though.

hehe
I just read some reviews on Amazon.com about this dungeon. People say that it has its flaws but they are all easily forgiven with all the size and fun you'll have.
did you buy this module somewhere?

maybe ...
Hidden in the text of the crawl is the directions to locate a hidden treasure under the Statue of Liberty: all the gems, jewelry, and watches "donated" by the immigrants passing through Ellis Island ... (?)
