I have no problem taking on additional NPC roles as well. I hereby volunteer to play Dio Lasad until the return of the player. At the very least, I would like to put forth that absent players of department heads have coverage by active players until their return. If I am out of line, I will happily accept a reprimand on my permanent record.

I suppose I could do the same thing... I've been looking to write something, anyway.

Let's see what I can come up with... I'll take a crack at Dr Moore, first, I guess and, then, if we don't hear from Brennus in the next little bit, I can likely offer up something for TAC.


Edit: Actually, I think Boo Boo might've covered Dr. Moore well enough in that last post (at least until there comes more for the good Doctor to do). I've got a few ideas for some random NPCs that I can look into, though.

I can take over for Dr. Moore during necessity events, like this battle, until the player returns. If the bosses are ok with that.

I hereby approve these temporary NPC assignments. At the end of this adventure, we will re-assess.

I've been holding back a bit to see what "Berk" is doing, in case he had orders for John. If you feel it's Ok I can do both Berk and John.

Ody, that works for me. I know that Haemis is planning to post for MacTavish at some point, but I have not heard from Berk's player for a couple of weeks now, and that was a "sorry I haven't posted, I have finals, will post soon" that didn't happen.

He's welcomed - and encouraged - to resume Berk at any point, but if you want to NPC him up until that happens, have at it. I'd love to see a Berk post before I go again.

...I'll leave Moore to Boo Boo and Berk to Ody.

I think, instead, I might see what's going on in Flight Control just to keep my fingers busy.

Funny that you should mention rescue/med-evac shuttles, though. That's precisely what I was going to do with the folks in flight control in my next post... prepping Peregrine's own shuttles and going on stand-by for rescue flights (hopefully) or tactical engagement (if necessary). Still working it up... hope to have it posted soon.

I'm having problems posting to the game. I put in my post and the subject line, but it comes back and tells me the Body can't be blank. It is blank when it comes back, but it has text in it when I hit submit. I'm now wondering if it is the whole Inn or just the EOD game. Guess I will find out.

Ah, figured it out. My html coding for the Bolding in the first Location tag, had and extra < symbol in there after the Starting Bold coding. Note: that apparently makes the Inn unable to post that on the forum. A learning experience.

The post in EOD, is a little something I typed up last night but didn't get to post it then, so I looked it over, made a couple adjustments, and posted it, finally.

Ok.. got the first one up... now got to get Reid's together.

I was hoping to to build some dialog between Bert and Reid... but it's not coming together.

Well....tomorrow is another day.
