Well I had my doctors appointment this afternoon, and he thinks is Tracheitis...though he took a swab to see if its strep throat.

The doctor sent me to the pharmacy to pick up some Codeine Cough Syrup. Took some when I got home from dr`s, and will take more soon. The stuff makes me VERY VERY drowsy...so I highly doubt that I will be going to work tomorrow...seeing as it hurts to talk...and if I am taking the cough syrup I will fall asleep at my desk. Boss is calling me in the morning to check if I`m coming in, though I will probably stay home.

Its overcast and cloudy today. Just popped in to see if Nomachron had been updated yet. I see it has not.

Mountain biking pour moi aujour'dui. Woke up at a little after seven to head off into the park onto the trails. Was a good morning. Now groceries and running some laundry...then updating The Search for Tomorrow...and then possibly more bike maintenance, or some reading by the river. Both are ideal.

I'm still not completely over the tracheitis, but couldn't stand sitting home a moment longer. I hate sitting home all day, cause there is nothing to do! I did have a good day yesterday though...got to talk to my guy a bunch, talked to his best friend too, that was fun.

Today is wednesday, and tomorrow our postal service starts their strike, who knows how long that will last. Tomorrow is also the same day I get a home telephone with unlimited calling in north america...really excited about that! Alright, took yesterday and most of the day before off work sick...I'm going to drink my chocolate milk and then start work early today to catch up on all the stuff these other people don't know how to do in my absence!

Been an extremely busy morning, likely to be all afternoon as well. Here's hoping I find time to enjoy the lovely sunshine we are having at some point today.

My work week is just beginning... and a week of roller coastering trials is coming to a close.

In the morning, I will watch the sun rise over the river for no other reason than to know that beauty and miracles still exist in our world.

I had inteded to perhaps update tonight.. alas after at least 3 double rye and coke, 5 jaeger bombs something pink and beyond my recognition and now some baileys in my coffee... That notion is... sadly beyond me..

I've got the headache this morning but it's caffeine withdrawal, I need copious amount of coffee. Using my regular remedy, coffee and cocoa. A home brew mocha latta without the foam.

Just got home after waking up on the rack of a dormant open pit bbq, now hungover with a distinctive smokey flavour.

I went to bed after the sun came up and awoke earlier than I would have liked. Summer has finally made and appearance , it's extremely hot and humid today. I believe the afternoon will involve a water activity of some kind and as little clothing as possible. Have a great weekend everyone!

I'm still sick and thats why I'm not really participating here much. Trying to focus all my energy on getting better....damn stuff doesn't want to go away I'm coughing like you would not believe...mix between dry and phlegm filled cough...unsure if its better or worse...I may go back to the doctors at the end of the week and be like make me better!
