Striding and all that

Minor effect for now. For purposes later on, we'll leave it alone, but for now, this makes a great entrance!

Great work everybody!

As for hunting, make your requests to me via PM, and I'll reply.

great

Okay sounds good, thanks boss. I just sent you a PM regarding hunting, I think what you need is in there.

On an unrelated note: things will be heating up in the next little while and firing off posts will become harder and harder. In an ideal world I'll be able to get a couple posts out a week. As much as I love the current posting pace as it makes for a really fun game and awesome characters and relationships, I might have to cut back in the days to come. Either way, for now I'm really enjoying this game, so thank you to my fellow players and of course, most of all, to Tek for facilitating!

Indeed as do I!!

I love the momentum and enthusiasm, and I will post again tomorrow.. basics, ignoring Eofara, for he too judges without learning the depth beyond the facade... Continuing to be friendly towards Joseph, while setting up the camp grounds should he and eofara go off hunting, and taking up patrol in the absence of their two forest friendly acquaintances.

It will likely also include a more detailed recollection of what exactly brought them here, and pushing Joseph for more information regarding the area and just why he and tristessa were waiting for them as she's not a big believer in happenstance.

well... it was good while it lasted

That's that. My window of free time is just about gone so it looks like I'll have to put a damper on my posting frequency, as much as I hate to do so. I was really enjoying these past days of really fluid and fun RPing, hopefully they will return in the near future. For now y'all may reply to Joseph, do your thing and assume that soon (regardless of whether or not Eofara joins him) he will go hunting, leaving Tristessa behind to keep watch, she will howl if there is any danger and he'll come running. I think this leaves everyone open to keep playing without much hassle. I'll try to get another post up in the next week but its unlikely that I'll be capable of doing so, especially if I want to post anything of quality. Either way, thanks for the warm welcome into the party and I'm looking forward, very much, to continuing the game.

ERROR

Kaelyn, error in your post. Eofara did not recite the three iron laws, he didn't say them out loud.

I will get to posting soon

Sorry

Changed recited to Mentioned.. Had Tek role an ad hoc Intel check vs her past having brought her any news of 'three laws' even if the ones she's heard are different variations of those you intended..

and reading back.. your last law makes no sense to me.. specifically the last part.

Trust is the only way to survive; you should trust your horse to carry your weight, trust a hunter to hunt and trust that those who live in the wild.

trust that those who live in the wild what? ... it seems incomplete to have put a period there...?

As promised

Update has been made. Any questions, send them my way. I think I covered just about everything in the OOC comment there... Those who have played in my games before will be familiar with my combat system, and those who haven't...soon will be

there we go

Don't know where I found the time, but somehow I got a post up, hope its all right. Tek's latest one was really enjoyable to read, they just keep getting better, so I hope mine lives up to it. I back-posted to respond to Kaelyn, I didn't want to drop that discussion because I was enjoying it. I don't think we need much more back-posting, of course if people want to continue that RP while we do the combat I won't mind, I love playing Joseph!

Thanks for the game,
-Dragonblood

just to clarify

your disgust in being asked to indulge dishonesty in answering rose..

do i read that as being insulted that rose may not just take anything u say as truth?? she asked a pretty direct question and was given a vague answer of u being asked to help...'

just formulating reply...

sorry

Yeah that was too vague. No its disgust with himself. He has been asked to keep something secret and is disgusted with how he's dealing with it. He respects Rose's honesty quite a bit and is pained to give such a vague reply. Sorry I didn't make that more clear. In the future I will be sure to be more careful. Looking forward to reading it.

before you jump off the deep end loki lol..

Before she was able to say or do anything more he made mention of some ‘3 iron laws’.

(In Alcanese) ”Three iron laws in the wilderness Rose, you’d do very well to know what they are.”

You did.. So I had Tek do a intel check jsut to see if the term 3 iron laws rang a bell.. And I responded from there based on the info I got..

I could be totally off base from what you were 'thinking' nor did I comment that you SPOKE those.. I replied in character based off of ROSE's preconceptions on what those rules were... and As I made eye contact with you, and such it's easy to see Joseph just figring out you were Eofara I don't think Anyone actually is accusing you of SPEAKING the laws...

Rose told Joseph of the 'law's you had mentioned in response to how she percieved them.. one of which was similar to your first rule about there is only truth.. Hence my reference to the truth shall set you free and Dragonblood responded in kind.. noone is saying you spoke anything about the laws in detail... other than what I just quoted you as saying at the beginning of this post.

And if Eofara’s laws holds true…

A direct reference to what one of them is.
