let Celeste's groveling begin
Well... I'm at the mercy of the wyvern from whom I am dangling from off of the side of a cliff, so yes Steelight, I am at your mercy.

Ropes, lassos, and rescue plans
Ok, so Heironymus goes to the edge with some vague plan of using the rope to save the flying rogue. How far out from the ledge is the wyvern? How hard does it look to get a rope over its head? (I think the rope is tied to something, but need to check) Does it look like one good yank might pull it over the ledge? Is there any way to get a rope around the rogue?

hint of a plan?
I just hope the wyvern decides to land because its injured.
Though it would be cool to have you turn into a wyvern wrangler!

You can use the rope like a lasso if you wish. It would basically be a grapple check (Using Combat Maneuver rules) with a -4 penalty to non-proficiency.
And the rope is not tied off. The half-orc was anchoring it, and is no longer doing so.

Plan?
Well, I don't know if it is a good plan, but it is the only one I can think of at the moment. So unless someone else has a better idea, Heironymus will attempt to lasso the wyvern. We can't leave her dangling AND getting attacked. Perhaps as H tosses the rope someone else could try to tie it off. Assuming we want it tied down near us.
Anybody know what wyvern poison does? Other than hurt, I mean.

Wyvern poison
Ok, so that was lucky. Thank goodness for all that time spent throwing lassos at uncle Bob's lizard farm . . .
Question - is the wyvern poison going to be out of the system after a couple of turns or do we need to worry about an on going problem?
As for the group - do we need some healing spells? I suspect we should take care of that first, then inspect the shelf we are on, followed by moving along in one direction or another.

Wyvern poison
As far as game mechanics, the poison has run its course. You still might feel some residual effects from it but nothing that would affect the mechanics of the game.

Sorry
Sorry for not posting this week, My wife and i were having troubles and every time I would get on my computer she would disconnect the internet.
for party suggestion, once everyone gets rested and battle damage healed, I think we need to locate and make for the nearest cave for exploration (Maybe there is a cavernous network)and a sheltered place for making camp for the night.

LOL
Nomad, At first I didn't understand this either but it finally came to me. Planes don't exist so your character wouldn't understand what he was seeing in his "vision". Clever use of words.
For some strange reason the cleric did not understand, an image of a mask dropping down in front of him as he and many other people sat tightly packed together inside of a large metal hallway with little windows came to mind. The image made no sense, nor did the strange voice saying,"always put your own mask on first, only then assisting others." It was a strange vision, but a quick shake of his head cleared his mind as he continued to climb.

Hey gang,
Just wanted to let you know that I will be MIA until next Monday. Our NPO is having their big fundraiser this week, so I will be onsite helping all this week. I was hoping to get posts in yesterday, but I couldn’t access the site for the better part of Sunday and this morning. I’ll see you guys in a week!

I apologize for the lack of update. Things are busier than normal. I'll get one up tomorrow sometime.
