Well, there is another ghoul, now.  That's what you get for leaving ghoul-slain on the side of the road, after all.  But sure, **I'm** the bad guy. 

As for what's out there in that mist, well, we'll talk about that later. 

...that Ch'dau may end up out in the mist with a flaming tabledozer if things start to look really bad. We shall see!

Midge's circle robes are just for formal occasions, right?

It is typical for mages to wear robes whenever, especially those who are proud of their status as mages (and the stagus the Circle grants them).  Theydo not HAVE to wear robes except for formal occasions, though armor is obviously out. 

Most Circle mages especially wear their robes at all times.

I hate it when battles pause right in the middle of the action... it makes me anxious.

Well, that Lance Card guy is no Robert McBroom... and, he's trouble.

Is Midge still on the stairs? And can he move and still maintain his concentration on the spell?

Also, Midge definitely does not wear his robes around normally (though he does wear the golden band on the silver chain). This a mostly a reflection of his individualistic personality.

(Don't worry... I'm not looking to play Midge as the loner solo... he understands the value of working together to accomplish things... he just doesn't think everyone need to look the same doing it. That's boring! would be Midge's thought.
