The only weapons in the Drow consecrated pile is the handcrossbow with Unholy and the Shortspear +3 with bane.

Logan, going thru the items they gathered, starts to make a pile of items he would like for himself. He starts off with a verynice Longsword +3 (Flaming Burst) Y/1/4/72315, then an Adamantine Breastplate +3 (Adamantine, Moderate
fortification,Landing, Silent moves) Y 1 30 59100. Next he selects the Belt of Giant Strength +4 Y 1 1 16000, A fine set of glove of Gloves of Dexterity +6 Y 1 0 36000 that appear to fit oh so nicely trying them on.

Logan still going thru the items also selects some valuables that while not weighing much have a high value to them. He starts with the Sapphire Pendant On Gold Chain Y 1 0.1 1400, then the 2 Ioun Stones [(Deep Red) Y 1 0 8000 (Lavender and Green) Y 1 0 40000]. Next up are an Amulet of Health +4 Y 1 0 16000, a Jeweled Electrum Ring Y 2 0.2 4000 and 2000 assported coins(you didn't specify so I'm guessing) and lastly a nice Shortbow, mighty (+2 Str) composite Y 1 2 225. He figures he can use this so he wont have to take so much hand to hand type damage in the future.

Brianna comes back with the horses. She had Roscoe's horse in tow but no Roscoe. I found this horse near mine but no sign of his rider,. I checked about but the trail was to obscure for me to tell what might have happened to him.

Brainna starts to catagorize weapons and other goods both familiar and unfailar. "I think I need to know what is what before I decide. For me it makes a difference. If these things are magic they need to be in one group and the ordinary stuff in another. Then we need to groups weapons together, bow as such, long blades, daggers and knives. The biggest problem I have is doing it right here. Some of those Drow could come back or someone might come looking for them. Can we bag it up for now and find a safer place to sort these all out? That will also give our Magic users and chance to figure out some of this stuff. (My number is 69)

As Highnar quietly stood watching the rest get set to once again move out, the offer of Logan’s to ride with him was presented, and Brianna’s thoughts of a safer place to divide the items gained was voiced.

“Thank ye lad for the offer but that best be decided by the party leader as to where I be best placed. And ye no doubt heard the lady Brianna say here was not the place to be dividing the spoils so be kindly placing them back in the center to be loaded, so we’s can be on our way.”

With that he awaited the word from the leader as who he would ride with from here to a place where a pony or something more suitable to his stature and size could be purchased....


(OOC: Ok not sure who the party leader is but I am guessing Brianna. Now as to the items gained I will not in character ask for any of them until we get to safer ground, but as a player I only want 4 items in order of importance and followed by the reason why.
1) Gloves of Dexterity (his present Dex is only 16)
2) Bracers of Armor +8 (the better the armor class the longer he lives)
3) Hand Crossbow +2 (Seeking/Speed) (He at present has no missile weapon due to former players write up (Would like to rework the character’s weapon proficiencies to add a proficiency in crossbow as until now I was unaware that he had no missile one)
4) Lavender & Green Ioun Stone.

After attempting to located the orgin of the foes, Xour returned to the group. "Probably best that we check this stuff out later," he says and starts grathering up any usable arrows or arrorhead that he can recover ingnoring for now the heap.

Lorae Hands out four sacks to others, Xuor, Logan, Hignar, and Sarai. "Gather each of the piles into the seperate sacks and put them into this bag of holding."

She then asks the group to move back and first consecrates the area about the 2 remaining weapons.

"Light let you prescence be known, hallow this are about me."

Then she draws her weapon which immediately glows a rich, vibrant green. For those who are seeing the sword for the first time and without much trouble for Xuor, the sword is made of green wood, with a golden hilt of intwined Dragons, their tails form the cross pieces and the heads come together at the pommel where one head is twisted sideways and the other is upright. Their mouths are open and in their teeth they both clasp a large spherical green gem (the size of a ping pong ball)

"Light, no more shall these weapons kill good folk."

With the she brings down the sword and the is a resounding flash of Light and Dark. For a moment there is nought but silence as if everyone is deaf, then the Darkness is overwhelmed by the Light and sound returns.

Lorae blinks and gives a silent prayer of thanksgiving.

Brianna blinks several times to lear the motes of dark and light from her eyes. "You could have warned us you were going to do that. I ,personally, would have cleared the area. Next time give us a word of warning." Come on we need to find some olce that is secure and sort this stuff out. I wish I knew what happened to out magic user. Brianna mounts up on her big black stallion who tries to take a nip at her as she does. She punches him in the neck "Flame," she calls out, not seeing the diminutive dragonette anywhere." There is a sudden concern in her voice. "where are you"

Turning tothe other she asks. "Have any of you seen him since the fight?"

As all begin to mount Highnar finds himself seemingly forgotten by the parties Leader as who he is to ride with.
Turning to Brianna he voices his concern

"Ah lass not that I be want'n to hold us up be ye have not told me who you be think'n to have me ride with. The lad Logan has offered his stead but I be leav'n the choice up to you."

With the words said he awaited her choice......

"Here!" comes a small voice from the ground. Flame drags himself slowly out from under a bush, his right wing trailing on the ground.

"Help."

Brianna tides over leading Roscoe's mount. A nice solid looking gelding weel built strudy. Take this horse. His rider seems to be missing and until we find him you can ride this one. I don't know his name, I can't remember hearing it. She dismounts and give the dwarf the reins while she shortens the stirrups. SHe has to resort to wrapping the leathers of the stirrups several times to get them short enough. Here give this a try. She bends down and interlocks her hands ready to give the stout dwarf a boost up into the saddle.

If he acepts she seems to be able to boost him up with little difficulty. "Alley oop." she says as she gives him a quick lift upwards.

When Flame's weak voice comes to her she flys to him almost in the midst of her upward toss of Higar, pausing only long enough to make sure Higar lands in the saddle and not over the horsse's back.

She gets to him as fast as she can but seeing the limp wing she calls for Lorae. Lorae, Flames is injured."

Getting to the small stricken red dragonette, Raiel bends sown and gently touches his head. "Take it easy, I am here and Lorae will come and heal you."

"Someone keep watch for me for a moment until I can get Flame attended to."

"Poor, poor wounded warrior," mutters the dragonette, "battered and bruised by the nasty Drow while I valiently fought him."

And he goes on in a like vein as Lorae gets to him, bemoaning his injuries while telling how brave he was. She kneels down beside him knoing the wing was broken.

"Besides you wing, where do you hurt?"

"My side, my neck, and my tail," which he lifts seemingly with great pain.

Lorae envokes the Light and lays her hands on Flame. As she watches she sees the wings straighten and bones become whole.

"See," said Flame gingerly testing his wing, the Light likes me."

Lorae then she picks him up gently hands him to Brianna. "The Light honors brave warriors who fight for Good.

Lorae winks to Brianna when Flame can not see her. "He needs to rest and eat. I am sure you can make a nest fsor him in one of your saddlebags."

"Oh, yes, hungry." pipes up the dragonette."

"And healed." replies Lorae.

"Anyone not want to move on?" asks Brianna and wait for any replies for a moment. "If not let's move away from here."

Brianna mounts up after letting the dragonette curl up round her neck. andshoulder. SHe nudges the black stallion back to the road they had been traveling on. "Until we get to somewhere safe lets make it a plan to try to stay together. I don't want to lose another one of you mysteriously."

"Fine by me" Logan says, "as we have everything bagged up and ready to go. I wonder what happened to Roscoe the mage? Hope he didn't get taken prisoner."

"When I was working my way back to the horses, I came across a set of tracks running in a straight line toward Shadowdale. I thin that Roscoe got a case of coldfeet and then hot footed it back to Shadowdale, by the quickest means."

"I doubt he will stop running until he reaches the inn."
