I know
I don't think you posted them, not that I've seen. I think you just PMed or emailed them.

There has been a posting!
The game is back and the kitties are attacking. Nice!
FYI - Rhyson will probably put his back to a wall and try to deal with the two coming over the pile.

Switcheroo.........
Here's a thought, how about Rhy casts a blast on the cat attacking Lum and Lum blasts the the one now paused. The heavy blaster may do some damage.
Not sure what to make of the lights in the cats getting brighter. Hope it isn't a bomb.

A battle plan
Ody - my only reason for turning the other way was that we have two more coming up very fast from the rear. Someone needs to look that way. I thought that maybe Rhyson's ability with that spell to have an area of effect might increase his chances to hit one of those two. But if not him, somebody should turn around. I'm ok with that plan.
Also, I need to double check the spell.
Alacrity - with the shock jolt spell - it the cat is close to Lum would he be affected by the spell also? I know I asked this question when fighting the beetles, but I forget these things.

It's OK....
It was just quick thought. The others could attack the paused cat.
Maybe as the cat that just attack lept away in might give Lum the opportunity to blast it as it turned back to attack.
So I'll go with that and just keep pressing the attack on the one that hurt him.
Boo if you have something that could affect the paused cat this is the time to use it. You get first action and that cat gets second so you can hurt it that would be great. Tann might be able to finish it off.

Yay
I see everyone has posted. I will see what what I can do in response soon.
Let me know if you have asked questions in the last little while and I did not answer. I was combing through the past posts today and sent a PM to BB on questions she asked.
I hope that tonight I can check some rules and update you on essentials.
Tann - Tomiki can not pinpoint attack these bots as his dex is not higher than theirs. You can however "mark" them for death and use your assassination skill against it.

Besides
'Marked for Death' sounds much better than Pinpoint attack.
Alacrity - I noticed you posted our characters, could you post up our pics on the character sheets as well? I'll PM you mine just in case you lost it.
Oooo my 600th post! Wow, I talk a lot.

yes
I have added your character pic BB. If anyone else has a pic they wish added, just send to me. Also check the character's over to make sure I posted the final editions.
I have been approached by "Norm", who has been lurking on this game and would like to join as a saurian warrior. How do you all feel about another player?

Mana
By my calculations Rhy has used 28 MP out of 55 and Mai has used 10 out of 50.
A mage can regain spent magic points by resting. For each full hour of rest and/or meditation, you get back 1d6 + Willpower magic points. If you manage 8 hours of uninterrupted rest and/or meditation, you get all your magic points back.
There are rumours of "mana" potions out there in the big cities but none of you have ever seen one. They are supposedly blue and glow slightly but buying one from a street vendor is liable to get you blind fast.
You are all Level 4 characters.

Sweet
Thanks Alacrity!
I'm fine with another player. The more the deadlier!

Norm!
(Just imagine that subject line being said like the crowd at Cheers.)
The Norm the merrier. As long as he hates laser tipped kitty-cats, I'm good with it.

Mana potions
So, any of those mana potions laying around anywhere?
Looking forward to the update.

I'm Good With It..........
We can add another character, but Lum may not be as warm to him as the rest. If we have no history with his character then to Lum he is an outsider. Lum will protect the party from him as well as the creatures they encounter.
Lum's trust is not easily earned. There are rumors of other party members that disappeared and never returned, but Lum still had their loot for the boss.

Agreed
A new character who is unknown to the party will face suspicion and will have to earn their trust. It only seems natural. Now if the newcomer happened to work for Dwan with another group, an only survivor maybe? That might help speed the process. Just a thought.
