On a unrelated topic

I know its 20 to one in the morning here but i really want a digestive... and a cup of hot chocolate.

Maybe even a nice chip butty, with Ketchup!

Hmmm... Or bacon and egg butty

Or cold pork

I want foods...

Damn it.

-Mr.C

P.s Feel free to ignore all that, i like a good rant sometimes

Okay...

Mr. C - first some advice, you have to use CAPS when typing in the facies, otherwise they don't work

Second... what in the world are those things you mentioned? I know eggs, and I know hot cocoa... the rest... I haven't the slightest clue what they are!!

Kinda clueless here too

Just about the only terms I know in British cuisine are bangers and mash, blood pudding and spotted dick.

All right, pull your minds outta the gutter, that last one's real, and I believe it's a dessert at that.

If you ever get the chance, Mr. C, do avail yourself of Cajun eats or at least authentic Carolina pork BBQ.

Oh!

Yum! Creole shrimp and BBQ! Course I'm from StL, so it's toasted ravioli and gooey butter cake here.

And... as for spotted dick... I have a can of it in my cupboard. My mother thought that every girl headed to college needed to have that it's rather expired by now I think and I never got brave enough to try it, however it is fun to say I've got spotted dick in the pantry.

Not magical british food, just normal food...

Chip butty = Chip sandwhich
Kechup = tomato kechup Im sure you knew that one
Digestive = a plain sweet buiscuit
Cold pork = Again just pork gone cold
Bacon and egg butty = bacon and egg sandwhich

There you go meri

And yes, Spotted dick is a dessert
And yes, Its very nice

What about knickerbockaglorys, do you have them?

Hehe spotted dick in the pantry

So how does a word change from or butty to sandwich or was it from sandwich to butty? I think I'm gonna eat a butty. Hehe that's like saying I'm gonna eat spotted dick... So glad I'm not english, I get in trouble for misusing innuendo too much as it is.

A Chip Butty?

Is that like potato chips on bread?

Or wait... aren't 'chips' fries? Does that mean fries on bread? I'm still confused.

And butty means sandwhich huh? Interesting

How about a fluffernutter anyone?
