So sayeth the Captain, amen!
Yessir! 1500 it is!
Edit: I apparently misread or overlooked the timestamps on your last post. Megan should already been on the bridge - or at least - en route. Got a post in mind anyway... I'll get it sorted.

No worries. I didn't specify whether Megan was there or not, depending on what you wanted her doing at the time.

Given the circumstances...
... where both Tochi and Megan are concerned, I can easily imagine Tochi having told Meg to "tend your studies and take your time getting to the bridge" in advance of their arrival in system. I can also picture Megan taking that to heart to an extent but, at the same time, wanting to make a good impression/keep her commission and showing up on time if not traditionally early.
*shrugs* Got something started, anyway... We'll see where it goes.

Yeah, when you get one chance per week to sit in the big chair, I doubt you casually let it slide.

Had to have Megan perched on the front edge of the Big Chair... I'm not sure her feet would touch the deck, otherwise.
I feel a Kennedy/Tochi/Zhay-la collab coming in the near future, too.

Updates.
Oh! Those three will get along great!
Okay, I went ahead and updated the log book. I didn't get all of the back posts that were floating around in the mire... so if you had a back post you might want to go and put those in. But I got all the activites of 5.15 in I believe.
Hopefully I got it all.
Maybe I should have been OPS, not Engineering.

**Edit -- Well except for Eol's last post. Because as always we are doing things at the exact same time and I missed it. And he's just going to have to do it himself... **

somebody asked for complications?
I've been working on this with t_catt for a while, now. In other words, this was a collab with the captain, not me trying to derail the game all by my lonesome!

Well...
... ain't that just a monkey in the wrench?
Well... buh-bye Calican II. We'd love to help but, y'know, Prime Directive and all that.
I kid! We're heroes, for frill's sake! Peregine al rescante!!!

But...
"The Prime Directive is not just a set of rules; it is a philosophy... and a very correct one. History has proven again and again that whenever mankind interferes with a less developed civilization, no matter how well-intentioned that interference may be, the results are invariably disastrous." - Picard
How can I go against Picard!!

Yep. Ain't that just a kick in the pants? Stopping this would be an undertaking all it's own, but the Prime Directive...
Starship Captains have to be prepared to not only sacrifice their own lives, but the lives of all of their crew and their ships, to uphold the Prime Directive.
But wow. You can't exactly contaminate a civilization if it dies entirely.
I'm hoping for some good in game discussion here.

C the A of your CO PDQ....
Figured Zhay-la would be to addressing her crew issues and as a proper second John gets things in motion.
As for the astroid maybe a little nudge would change it's course enough to miss the planet.

A little nudge...
...beats my idea of replicating hundreds of thousands of pinwheels, beaming them onto the surfaces of the asteroid, and everybody aboard blowing really hard. *nods*

It could work....
Well other than the total lack of atmosphere to allow for air movement to have wind to spin the pin whelels it sounds like a solid plan.
Here have another beer.......

Orrrrrrrrrrr......
Here, hold my beer.....
Ok so the astroid has an iron core, right.
We switch the wires on the EM emitter, polarize the hull make us a giant magnet and drag it away....
We'd be the most "attarctive" ship in star Fleet.....
