I spent my weekend face-to-face gaming, so I apologize for the delay. I really don't want to post a short excerpt, so I'm just going to tell you that Spiff is going to shoot at Dawn. That was his choice to begin with. Fortunately things are going as planned there. Afterward, the escape plan will kick in, though raggedy. He's going to move to the side of the doorway and invite the others to do the same. It'd be a better idea to wait and get the jump on them, than to run head first into them, leaving the room. However, the curtains will be one of the priorities. Peeking out them, Spiff will ask firewind to look for an exit.

Brom, I'm curious as to how far along we are in the story. There's another game I'm interested in, but I don't want to over extend myself. I don't want to spoil the surprise for anyone either, so if you want to respond by PM that's fine by me.
