but wait - there's more
Rage burned in Jon eyes, “Angela..Grace.. I want that transmitter ….now! And if you can’t find it then you may ask Asante…any ..way ..you.. wish..to turn it over to you!”
“JC..Until we sort all this out I want you to sit on this Jien Huo.”(cheap floozy)
Turning on the wedding planner,“Asante shao jeh, I don’t know how you survived the war by making so many stupid decisions. … a consortium of former Browncoats?.Really?...they’re either a bunch misguided vigilante fools at best to The Black Dragon at the worst and I can’t believe you’ve done at background check?”
Jien Huo!?" Asante called out curtly to Jon, "You weren't complaining about me being a Jien Huo! back on Hera when you and I got caught under a heavy bombardment and held up in that church! I'm not surprised that you don't remember me Captain, you really weren't all that interested in my face that night and we both thought we'd were dead! But a lot has happened since then as I got a profession doing what I like and you got really gorram stupid! At least I remembered your face.
"Let me take a page from Grace's book here! You were running low on luck, taking whatever job you could when this golden opportunity came up. A man of means - Badger I believe, came up with a great job, not great pay but would get you into the right circles? Am I right? Oh! And your ship is one of a kind and not registered? Come on Captain! You are being played like a cheap fiddle. You and everyone on this ship is expendable. Do you think the Baron is gonna allow loose ends? People that could talk? You need me! You need my help! Lock me in whatever passes as a brig on this ship but in the end, you can't get out of this situation without me. I am offering you profit and a chance to take out The Templeton Colt Steele." She stood up and stared back at Jon with a similar rage, "How many men of yours died Captain because their battery packs failed, or gases fouled their system, or faulty discharge? How many kids did not go home because Templeton wanted to shave off a few credits from his bottom line? Together we can take him down but without me, you don't have a chance. Neither your crew or ship were ever in danger from me Jon, but they are in danger of you right now."

A Gambit Pileup if I ever saw one
Catie chuckled. She asked for more cards, and she was given a hand so to speak. Very lively... quite different than the team back then... but then that was a group of more like minded people. Here we have quite a variety of minds and masks.
"Calm down, Captain. If Asante is being truthful, her objective means low collateral damage. Damage to us was never intended, but it works out better now that we can bring everyone to the same page." Catie nodded tapped the side of her cheek.
She nodded at Grace, "While it may be better to be uninvolved, originally being a third party hired here, personally, I believe we have good reason to be involved at this point. Trying to figure something out that works for everyone means we'll all be on the same page. If we're all on the same page, and inclusive, then we're less likely to end up with people trying to run their own plans which may run counter to the best outcome. It's when you have many different plans in motion all at the same time and stepping on each other that disasters happen. Like this." Catie shrugs.
"That's not to say that the best outcome will be easy by comparison. It's just more likely if we work as a cohesive unit rather than independent parties." Catie noted, "First thing is first though... there's some questions to be asked." She looks at the brothers, "First of all, in the event that Steele is the one that stole the Colt, and your suspicions are true, what would be the result of that? Secondly, I can believe how strongly you feel about them, but should your suspicions be false, what will you do then?"

Read the namebadge...oh, wait
Gosh, but fighting seemed easier than the arguing that was going on now. It seemed that Angela wasn’t expected to know Daniel (despite the warning look Grace shot her), but she’d let the cat among the pigeons with her innocent question. Angela let the words wash over her, taking it in without really trying to follow it all, but as heated as the exchange got at times, she didn’t feel there was an immediate danger to the crew. She continued to hold her hair up off of her neck while fanning herself with the other, listening to her heartbeat slow.
“ … We’ll be lucky if they don’t let Miss Super Soldier there paralyze us and stuff our bodies out the airlock,” AJ said bitterly, and Angela looked around to see who he meant.
“Soldier? Me? Nuh-uh. I’m a payload specialist. PAY LOAD SPE-SHUH-LIST. Says so right here on my…” Angela looked down at a smooth area of her coveralls just above her right breast, the cloth slightly lighter in a rectangular shape where a badge had once been before it had been carefully picked off, “…Captain, can I get a name badge?”
Grace shook her head at Angela and made a dismissive gesture with her hand, so Angela subsided, looking a little hurt. How could she do her job if people didn’t know what that was? She kept quiet, letting Liliana, then the Simons (no, Winchesters!) tell their stories.
Jon and Catie has asked some questions (pretty good ones, in Angela’s mind), but Grace interrupted before anyone could answer.
“Yeah, here’s something. Why the gorram are we helping these people?
“I hate to play the mercenary here but we did not take this job out of the goodness of our hearts. We need the money to stay flying and, I care far more about keeping Destiny a float then getting Juliet here, back to Romeo. We do not get paid unless she gets to the wedding, and I highly doubt these brothers have enough on their credit roll to keep us going if we decided to help them with the gun, no offense boys,” “Not to mention that, if we do decided to help them we will have Badger, the richest man out there and, the second richest guy out there, who also happens to make guns, on our tail and demanding for our heads on a silver platter.”
“That doesn’t sound good,” agreed Angela, but quietly, so quietly that no one really noticed. That was ok, she’d apparently done enough.
Grace then went on to challenge Asante, and that’s when things got really heated. Angela watched closely, and she let her hands drop before shifting her weight subtly. She’d already disabled the one gun that she hadn’t managed to get locked up, but that didn’t mean things couldn’t get ugly fast. She watched body language closely, watching for that tensing of muscles that came before a strike.
“Angela..Grace.. I want that transmitter ….now! And if you can’t find it then you may ask Asente…any ..way ..you.. wish..to turn it over to you!”
Angela nearly jumped out of her skin; she was that intent on watching that she’d not been paying attention to the words being flung around. She exchanged a quick glance at Grace, tilting her head questioningly, and at Grace’s slight nod and whispered “Go ahead”, Angela piped up.
“On it, Captain…I know where it is, we just didn’t know what it was. I’ll be right back!”
Before anyone could speak, Angela scurried out of the room, relieved to be given something to do. She really liked to be useful.

Really?????????
Tess
The wedding planner opened her mouth and dropped a bomb.
“I have a ship and crew ready; they are tracking this ship via a microwave transmitter I hid on board.
Tess’s jaw dropped and she felt the sudden change in the room. He captain pushed up from his seat.
“Tess you get to the bridge, now! That Ri shao gou shi bing (Pile of sun-baked dog poo) ship best not get close enough to even think they can find us. “
The pilot had heard that tone before and knew it was time to man her post. As her Captain continued Tess rose to head to bridge. The loss of Destiny before had made Jon a bit more than twitchy when anything posed a threat to the ship or crew.
“Angela..Grace.. I want that transmitter ….now! And if you can’t find it then you may ask Asente…any ..way ..you.. wish..to turn it over to you!”…….“JC..Until we sort all this out I want you to sit on this Jien Huo.”………………. ,“Asente shao jeh, I don’t know how you survived the war by making so many stupid decisions. … a consortium of former Browncoats?.Really?...they’re either a bunch misguided vigilante fools at best to The Black Dragon at the worst and I can’t believe you’ve done at background check?”……..“Now you admit to putting My Crew and My Ship in danger by letting those fools track us? If you don’t want to see what it’s like the walk in the black you’d better tell us everything straight, starting with who you slept with to learn about the platinum.”
Tess edged toward the door as Angela piped up, “On it, Captain…I know where it is, we just didn’t know what it was. I’ll be right back!” and beat her out of galley.
Tess followed but slowed as Asente shot back, "Jien Huo!? …………..You weren't complaining about me being a Jien Huo! back on Hera when you and I got caught under a heavy bombardment and held up in that church!... I'm not surprised that you don't remember me Captain, you really weren't all that interested in my face that night and we both thought we'd were dead!.. But a lot has happened since then as I got a profession doing what I like and you got really gorram stupid!... At least I remembered your face. Let me take a page from Grace's book here! You were running low on luck, taking whatever job you could when this golden opportunity came up. A man of means - Badger I believe...., came up with a great job, not great pay but would get you into the right circles? Am I right? Oh! And your ship is one of a kind and not registered? ...Come on Captain! You are being played like a cheap fiddle. You and everyone on this ship is expendable. Do you think the Baron is gonna allow loose ends? People that could talk? You need me! You need my help! Neither your crew or ship were ever in danger from me Jon, but they are in danger of you right now."
“Gorrum”, Tess breathed, “This isn’t going to be pretty.” As curious as she was her duty was to get to the bridge and keep Destiny safe.
She bound onto the bridge and took her place in the pilot’s seat. Her fingers flew the well practiced routine of touching adjusting trinkets from her clothing and from around her neck. The sequence completed and she flicked on the sensors to scan for anything trailing the ship. Tess was ready to push the burn full if needed to put more distance between the sleek freighter and any ship following.
Her thoughts drifted back to what was said as she was leaving the galley, “Jon and Asente…..Really?

Face Time........
"Calm down, Captain. If Asante is being truthful, her objective means low collateral damage. Damage to us was never intended, but it works out better now that we can bring everyone to the same page." Catie nodded tapped the side of her cheek.
Jon turned to look at Catie,….. she’d told him to “calm down”. ……Her odd way of talking, as if working through checklists or ledgers, had caught him off guard and broke the pace of the rage he’d felt. Their new “face” was doing her job and perhaps quite well. Jon let Catie finish before turned back to the room.
Having regain his composure, ” Lieutenant… you will remain under JC’s observation while we clarify what you said….. I had gone back to find some my people that hadn’t reported in. Our own shelling was supposed to cover their evac. I just happened to be caught on the wrong side of the shelling, as so seems did you. I took cover in the basement of that church and was surprised to see someone else there too. Even with shells hitting the building it now seems to me that back then you were trying.. quite successfully… to distract me and that wine you found added to the mood. When we finally did get out of there I did try to find you…but it seems you didn’t exist. No one had knowledge of any female Independent’s Lieutenant that would have been in there area. I would have to guess you were practicing your ..Profession…or training…back then too and being a fading memory would protect your identity. So please Miss Chang be seated while Rick and AJ answer Catie’s questions.“

The Brothers
Catie looks at the brothers, "First of all, in the event that Steele is the one that stole the Colt, and your suspicions are true, what would be the result of that? Secondly, I can believe how strongly you feel about them, but should your suspicions be false, what will you do then?"
Rick and AJ looked at each other. AJ shrugged. Rick shook his head. AJ made a dismissive hand gesture and Rick shook his head adamantly.
"Well you wanted to tell them."AJ said plainly.
"Yeah I wanted to tell them the truth not your ...."
"How can you just ignore everything you see Rick? Everything you feel? You are a Winchester, I know I was around when you were born. Don't you feel it in your bones."
"I am dearly hoping the family insanity missed me." Rick said with a dramatic crossing of his arms.
AJ looked at Catie. "We know who took the Colt. We know because ..."
"We have a reliable source. Can we leave it at that?" Rick interjected.
AJ grimaced and made the dismissive gesture again at Rick while turning back to Catie, "Anyway, I am not sure what you mean of the results. We are gonna get that Colt back. I know we can do it and frankly we have to try. I harbour no doubts to Templeton Steele actions in the acquisition of the Colt and the death of my father. I am not asking for your help, I wouldn't ask anyone to stick their neck out for our family business. But if we can help you out in the meanwhile, well I would be much obliged to lend a hand."

I'm back from Quebec!
Grace waited until everyone was done before asking, “So any more revelations?”
(OOC assuming there is none)
“Alright then, I am going to go find a map to this cruise liner because I believe we are going to need one. Should I look for anything else?” she asked
(OOC: Once everyone is done)
“I’ll be back in an hour, meet you here.” said Grace. She quickly left before any more awkwardness could occur.

The Captain's a Playa :)
Destiny Cafeteria Day Two
"JC.. looks like you're back in covert ops. And until we sort all this out I want you to sit on this Jien Huo.”
“Ok Captain” Looking towards Asante he started to motion for her to head out into the hallway but the wedding planner was in no way done speaking.
“Jien Huo!?" Asante called out curtly to Jon, "You weren't complaining about me being a Jien Huo! back on Hera when you and I got caught under a heavy bombardment and held up in that church! I'm not surprised that you don't remember me Captain, you really weren't all that interested in my face that night and we both thought we'd were dead! But a lot has happened since then as I got a profession doing what I like and you got really gorram stupid! At least I remembered your face.....
During another few moments of strong words between Jon, his surprising one night stand, the rest of the crew and Catie. All JC could do was remain silent there really was nothing he could add to the conversation that would be of any help. It was Jon’s call to make and no matter what the Ex-gunfighter, Ex-mobster would have his back.....

More.............

I am not asking for your help, I wouldn't ask anyone to stick their neck out for our family business. But if we can help you out in the meanwhile, well I would be much obliged to lend a hand." The brother seemed to answer Catie’s questions but things still were not clear. Tess and Angela had left the galley and JC looked concerned, as Asente wasn’t paying any attention to him.
Grace then chimed in,” “So any more revelations?”……Alright then, I am going to go find a map to this cruise liner because I believe we are going to need one. Should I look for anything else?”
Jon piped in, “Do a quick check on Miss “Okoro”…I don’t think you’ll find much but then who knows.”
Grace left the galley saying,“I’ll be back in an hour, meet you here.”
Looking back over the gathering Jon continued. “Ok, boys you just hang loose. ….Asente, I’m not sure what to do with you. ….. You are just bit too insistent that you are the pivot here…I’m hav’n a hard time believ’n ex-Independence soldiers would put innocents at risk in kidnapping scheme. They’d know how much folk admire Lillianna for her and her mother‘s work out here and they’d have all sides hunting them down..whether she got hurt or not. …Soldiers on both sides had issues with falty weapons so that storey just don’t ring true. It was more likely low level employees cutting corners and taking bribes that led to them poorly made weapons. In the end though it was Steele that looked bad and most likely why he has lawyers up the yingyang, his name was on them weapons, not theirs. But all in all he could have done the right thing and set up funds to help them families that lost kin. So now I don’t care about that land or what’s under it. I don’t care about Steele’s past sins, they’ll catch him someday. “ Jon glanced over at the brother. “A personal score in more easily settled.”
Jon walked around the table.....”We are going to deliver Miss Lillianna safe and sound, but after that we’re available for other services, like ….well we’ll talk more in an hour…..JC why don’t you take Asente back to the gym…..Doctor let us know when Seth can contribute….

Stephanie nodded, “He will be able to talk in an hour, he just may be a little happier than you’d expect.”
Asante laughs and rolls her eyes, “Such naivety for a Captain. Well I will not argue with you Jon while your head is in the sand but when the time comes, you will know how to find me, and if you can’t find me then just whistle, you do know how to whistle don’t you?.” She looks over at JC and smiles, “Shall we go back to the gym then?”
(Feel free to throw in anything here Tann)
Angela came back into the galley swiftly with a small round device in her hand. “Got it!” She said bringing it to Jon. It was red and white with a black circular catch on it. Other than that, there was no way to determine there was anything about it that was transmitting.
Lilianna turned to Catie, “My offer still stands. Help me get out of the marriage and get Daniel out of harm’s way and I will give you the necklace. I don’t care if live on some backwater planet, I just want to be with the man I love.”
Grace when to her room beneath the engines and sat down in the beat up but oh so comfy chair she had and activated the black box connection to the cortex. She looked at the time on her multiband, made a quick calculation in her mind based on her favourite algorithm and typed in her 108 pin password to access her system. She then turned on her location scrambler and the back up scrambler and the military grade signal trace filtration system that she liberated from a defunct Longbow class on Beylix. Satisfied, she started pulling data from the cortex. Plans to the Cruise liner were easy – they had then available for passengers as marketing materials.
As to Asante Okoro – according to records she did fight with the independence side. but her division is listed as 101st. Grace had come across the 101st reference before – it usually mean the dark side of the war, assassination and black ops – the stuff no one wanted to admit but both side did. She went very quiet after the war and then started working for....
On the Bridge, Tess activated the sensors and brought the power levels up on the proximity detector. Nothing came up as a ship or even a trace of one. Tess worked the communications to find the frequency of the transmitter but could not find anything. The broad band spectrum of the ship’s communication array was just not made to find microwave transmissions – which made Tess think a bit. She pressed the communicator link to Grace’s room. “Grace? You there?”
(Assuming a yes.)
“I can’t find Go Sa with microwaves. That sounds really high techy for a bunch of old boys with a grudge. I’m being to think maybe some real money with some real R&D – like Blue Sun.”
Grace smiled looking at the screen before her, “Good guess there.” She replied as her eyes looked again at Asante Okono – Damage Control Specialist, Freelance flashing on her screen. The defence net on her computer detected a trace being attempted on her search but grace diverted it to the Alliance Sanitation mainframe for fun. She’d ended her search and erased her presence from the records.
One hour later, everyone is back in the galley. Lilianna is looking scared and annoyed at the same time. Asante seems oddly calm and Seth sits with a goofy smile on his face as he slowly starts to flex his arms and hands again. “How did you do that?” he asks Angela amazed, “You moved so fast and next thing I know, I was flat on the floor. Never saw it coming.”
OOC: Catie can converse with Lilianna and the Brothers if she’d like. Stephanie and Jon might share some thoughts and idea. Anyone want any NPC input, just PM me.

Well not much in the way of answers but better than nothing
Catie nodded as Jon called for a reconvene, "That sounds like a good idea. I get the feeling emotions ran a bit strongly, taking a break can be good to look at the situation in a new light."
Afterwards she sat down beside Lilliana, "Believe me, I have a good idea of what you want, and how much you want it. However, I'm not the one calling the shots so I can't guarantee anything, especially with how tangled this net seems to be." She tapped at her forehead, "We need to be careful. Acting hasty at this point will do more harm than good. Some things line up in our favour, some don't. I just need to make sure we have a good plan going in, because once we get there, that's when we find out just how good or bad a given idea will be."
She then nodded at the brothers, "Now, you boys never actually answered my second question. I wasn't asking how sure you are - I know for a fact you're certain enough to take major risks, doing what you have done on your own. I was asking about your contingency. So far you're clear, if it's there you're taking it back, but if it's not there, then what will you do? You may not be asking us to get involved, but like it or not we're all involved with what others do at this point. Might as well take the opportunity to build a plan."
(if they get flustered, Catie will say the next bit and move to Asante)
"Well, if you'd like to talk to each other first, you can." Catie stands up, "I actually need to ask Asante some questions as well."
(from the post I got the impression Asante moved elsewhere since it was listed that Catie could talk with Lillianna and the brothers there. If that's the case and the brothers need to sort things out with each other first she'll go to find Asante)

AJ cleared his throat, “We know it is there.”
Rick piped in, “We don’t really do contingency plans in our family. We sorta let the contingency plan do us if you know what I mean.”
AJ repeated himself, “We know it is there. Dad ..”
“I think she gets the point AJ!” Rick interrupted, “But never hurts to discuss another angle right?”
"Well, if you'd like to talk to each other first, you can." Catie stands up, "I actually need to ask Asante some questions as well."

An Ally mayhap discovered
Destiny Cafeteria/Gym Day Two
As JC quietly watched Jon and the women Asante verbally duke it out he was already making plans.
”We are going to deliver Miss Lillianna safe and sound, but after that we’re available for other services, like ….well we’ll talk more in an hour…..JC why don’t you take Asante back to the gym…..Doctor let us know when Seth can contribute.”
Asante laughs and rolls her eyes, “Such naivety for a Captain. Well I will not argue with you Jon while your head is in the sand but when the time comes, you will know how to find me, and if you can’t find me then just whistle, you do know how to whistle don’t you?.” Looking over at him she smiled, “Shall we go back to the gym then?”
“Sure lets do that” Nodding his head to the Captain JC followed the ex-assassin? To the gym. Once there he started one of his plans.
“So you knew Jon in the war huh, so what was he really like. I never really knew him though I was part of his unit, never was allowed too close to his ‘inner circle’.”
(Will try to continue light conversation during the hour leaning toward being more attracted to her then I am. Tell of my days with the triad and so on that I am at this point not as happy being crew without actually saying it to maybe keep her off balance a little. Give her the wrong idea due to my false desire she may have an ally. If I see she's not buying into it I'll back off)
As they continued to ‘work out‘ but in all honesty the gym almost forgotten, the call came in one hour later to re-assemble in the cafeteria. With Lilianna looking scared and annoyed at the same time. Asante seemingly oddly calm and Seth sitting with a goofy smile on his face as he slowly starts to flex his arms and hands again. “How did you do that?” he asks Angela amazed, “You moved so fast and next thing I know, I was flat on the floor. Never saw it coming.”
As they went over the information Grace had found out about the Liner including, the passenger manifest, JC caught a well known name. Well, well known by the gunfighter at least.
Annie Foy, man was she a name from the past. Younger sister of one of his ex-girlfriends, Megan, sister of his best friend Ronnie Foy on Regina. About 4 years younger than JC she had become more like a kid sister, an annoying kid sister while he dated Megan, but afterwards one he watched out for. There had been 2-3 boyfriends, ok 5, with black eyes after a talk with JC over proper dating etiquette.
Later when Annie wanted to ‘become’ an singer, JC had paid her way because her parents couldn’t and Ronnie was already off planet. Though he’d never told her, he had, had to hock one of his favorite older pistols even back then fascinated with guns. She swore she'd pay him back when she got big and famous but then the war came and so many things changed...
He had up to seeing her name on the manifest actually forgotten about her but now seeing her name brought a rush of memories flooding back. After the gathering was once more done he pulled Jon aside.
((Assuming nothing is said that needs me to reveal it to all))
“Jon we maybe in luck I know someone on that Liner, gal named Annie Foy. Younger sister of some friends back in my youth. If she still remembers me might be a way on or inside help once we get on.”
((Leaving it open for some chat interaction))
Just made a minor edit. She wanted to be a singer, not an actress

Sorry for the delay!
Grace felt the familiar sense of calm in her as her fingers dance across the keyboard. Knowledge was power and Grace felt the most at ease in front of the cortex where knowledge was abundant. The info on the crew ship was easy but Asante was only a tad harder. As the words spilled across the cortex screen, Grace’s eyes scanned them, not a drop of surprise in her but a little bit of relief. The wedding planner hadn’t been lying about her allegiance and being part of the 101 might be more of an asset than a complication, as it meant Asante could pull her own weight if things went south. Then Grace felt a tight feeling in her gut when she saw the words ‘Asante Okono – Damage Control Specialist, Freelance for Blue Sun’ Blue Sun. Father.
Someone press the communication link and Grace heard Tess ask “Grace? You there?”
“Yeah, Quing Ting, I’m here. What’s up?” called Grace
“I can’t find Go Sa with microwaves. That sounds really high techy for a bunch of old boys with a grudge. I’m being to think maybe some real money with some real R&D – like Blue Sun.”
“Good guess there.” She replied as her eyes looked again at her screen. The defence net on her computer detected a trace being attempted on her search, and Grace diverted it to the Alliance Sanitation mainframe with the same annoyance as a person shooing away an irritating bug. She’d ended her search and erased her presence from the records. She picked up the brochure and got up to meet Tess outside. As they walked to the meeting room, Grace sighed heavily getting Tess attention.
“Something on your mind?”
“Asante may or may of not have worked with my family.”
“Wha-?”
“My father was a very important figure of the Blue Sun Company. He wasn’t involved with every aspect of it but…I don’t know if Asante ever met him or worked with him.”
“Ta Ma Duh, Grace. Do you have any more surprises in your story?”
Grace laughed and replied “More than you might than expect...I shouldn’t have gone to breakfast, nor should I have drawn attention to myself. For all I know, Asante knows who I am and as soon as we leave her alone, she will contact him. Then he will know where I am, and he will find me and drag me back and…and…I will be-“
Grace cut herself off when Tess suddenly hugged her, saying a gentle “Bi Jweh, Ni Buhn Duhn” Grace hugged Tess back and pushed down her feelings of panic. She told herself that Tess was right; she was being a paranoid idiot and got herself under control again. The two friends let go and Grace grinned to let Tess know she was okay.
“Feel better?”
“I still want to tie up Asante and lock her up in the brig.”
Tess laughed before replying “You always want to tie passengers up and lock them in the brig that we don’t have.”
“It would save on the expense of luxuries,” offered Grace with a mischievous smirk before thumbing the comm link open, “If all members of the crew could come to the gallery, I got the info we need. And I mean crew only, guests can stay where they are and stay away from the gallery.”
(OOC: I am going to assume the guests are still going to show up either due to ignoring Grace’s instructions or someone else telling them to ignore the twitchy mechanic)
Grace groaned under her breath, muttering “I had a reason for wanting to talk without the guests” but still waited for everyone to show up before starting her debrief.
“Alright so the cruise ships info was easy to find but that is going to be the only easy part. While there are multiple entrances, some being the more impractical than others, we are going to have to go to this one,” Grace pointed to the Docking on the map, “since we have to deliver Lilianna and the Baron will be waiting for us there. At that point, it will be up to us to come up with excuses why we want to get on the ship so we can help Juliet over there.”
(OOC: I assume someone wants an example or explanation of why we need to be on the ship)
“Staying on the ship will be of little use for us. Ever since a group of space pirates attacked the Star of Sihnon to steal some sort of violin, security has been beefed up on all cruise ships. Ships have to dock via airlocks that are screened for all weapons, explosives and other dangerous items. Security has a presence at all air locks. Ships are locked on to cruise liners by grav clamps and will not be released without permission. Security systems on cruise liners are now locked systems and do not access the cortex so I can’t hack it through the cortex. It would be better for us to get on the ship with some sort excuse that the Baron isn’t going to find suspicious, like Stephanie wanting to bring a sick patient to the Infirmary or something similar.”
Grace passed around the brochure as she stated “If anyone has got a good excuse why they should go on the ship or if any names look familiar among the passengers, now is the time to be mentioning it.

In The Mean Time..........
The crew had split off to the assignments Jon had doled out.
angela had returned with transmitter, the smile of successfully completing an shown on her face. "Hold that for Grace, we'll give her first crack at shutting that off", Jon said as he point to Angela's bundle.
Heading toward the door Jon placed his hand on Steph's arm and smiled as walked by. "I'm headed to the bridge to see what Tess's found. I think you and Angela have it handled here."
Jon heard Grace's voice over the comm as he stepped onto the bridge, “Good guess there.”
Stepping forward, "Everything under control here?" Tess gave him an affirmative and then told him about not being able to find the the other ship. Jon guessed she had been checking with Grace for help. "Ok, I'll watch things here, why don't you check in with Grace." By smirk on his pilot's face he had the feeling he'd just been used, "What?"
The pilot set the controls to auto and Jon slipped into the copilot's seat.
