Dawn gasped. "Adrian, I'm sorry, it was an accident..."

Donald did notice. He slapped Adrian one more time.

"You fool. You scared us half to damn death!"

He didn't react to Donald slap...he deserved it, but Dawns remark confused him.

"Sorry? For what."

He noticed he had actually soken aloud. He voice seemed a little deeper.

"Look at yourself."

He almost laughed. He held up his hand, and noticed they were bigger, rougher, as if he'd aged.

He glanced to his left at the full lenght mirror in the washrooms corner, and was so taken aback by what he saw, he couldn't move. He fingered his chin, and sort black goatee had grown in just in the area of his chin proper, his face was more experienced, more attractive...more worn. The single stripe of white hair remained, along with the scar from Alexander...but everything else was different.

Donald picked him up.

"Look at you, you handsome devil."

Donald stood beside him in the mirror. Black and white hair next to sandy blonde. Both long, and both with facial hair.

"Man, I would say we could be twins, but we look nothing alike."

He patted Adrian on the shoulder, and walked out, leaving him and Dawn to talk.

"Please don't hurt me." Dawn whimpered.

He looked to his left at her. He was taller than her now.

His eyes hsowed nothing but laughter, happiness and glee. He hugged her, he was so happy, he picked her up in his embrace and spun her around, before setting her gently down on the ground.

"Its gone...all of the anger...frustration...hate...gone...because of you. I don't know what you did, but you sure did something."

"But I messed you up!" She blinked and stepped away.

"I hate to say this, but a shame on you for saying that. I'm no longer the kid that I once was. I can fit in now...no one knows I'm the old Adrian...my pain is gone...and...I'm actually not half bad looking."

Her smiled at his joke a put a hand on her shoulder. He was so gratefull to these people...

Dawn hugged him hesitantly. "If you're happy..."

"I'm new..."

He was glad she understood...

Donald was smoking, yet again, talking to Edward. They were telling stories of their hometowns, and just sharing general information. He was absently strumming his guitar, and trees behind him were shaping themselves. Adrian needed a coming of age gift.

Dawn stared up at him and smiled weakly. "This makes me the youngest." She laughed.

"And yet still the best looking...", he laughed. With absolute joy, he picked he up with both arms and pushed the door of the washroom open with his foot.

Donald looked a bit suprised by this.
