Eanna worried. The others had still not come and she was alone with Carence. She opened her mouth to talk and suddenly he lunged for her. "You smell so good." He growled in her ear. Eanna sank her fangs into his soulder and Carence groaned in what she thought was pain. But seconds later he leaned over and smiled into her neck. Eanna gasped and twisted as he bit her neck. Things were seriously out of control. She could feel blood rushing up her neck and into his mouth.

Though the trail was faint Parsman was able to pick up the scent of apple blossom's easily for he had a skill for picking up old scents of people. He also knew the only covern (though there many in this small town) that would recruit a small girl like Eanna. Parsman was right the scent lead right up to the House Of Hewrane the largest covern of vampires in the world for they were the only ones that recuiting all the time.
Parsman Cursed at his luck. Then drew out his broad sword and looked at Caria. "This is the House Of Hewrane and they hate vampires like Russett and I. They think we're to weak to be in thier clan." Parsman pulls out two short swords from his pack on his back and hands them to Caria.
"I hope you can use two swords at once" he says and before she can reply him and Russett kick the door and Parsman throws a dagger that sticks in the back of the vampire attacking Eanna, the vampire screams in pain as his skin begins to burn from the silver of the blade.
" Ah seems I got your attention." Parsman says in a evil laugh. He quickly gets his broad sword out in front of him and keeps a dagger in check just in case of a surprise attack. Russett grabs Eanna and starts running.

"Huh?" Eanna says weakly and looks at Russett. It doesn't register until her stomach threatens to come up that they're moving. Eanna puts a hand over her mouth and the oter on her neck. Her vision starts to tilt and she fights to stay awake.

Other vampires came running at the noise and launched themselves at Caria and Parsman. Caria hoped her friend and Russett had escaped. She shoved off a female who'd been trying to deal a nasty bite to her arm and gave a male a mouthful of the bottom of her boot. Caria managed to stand in the midst of bodies and climbed up a marble statue nearby. She hauled herself standing on it's shoulders and looked around. Parsman was at the edge of the throng and Russett must have gotten away. With a sigh, she flung her arms out and made eye contact with Parsman. She mouthed the word 'run' and looked at the waiting attackers. She sighed again.
"My friends have gotten away and I plan to make sure they escape. None shall leave this hall without feeling my wrath!" She yelled and stepped foreward. Caria closed her eyes and flung herself into the mass of bodies. She hoped Parsman had shoved something heavy in front of the door when he left.

Eanna pressed her hands onto Russet's shoulders and squirmed away. She hit the ground with a thud and cursed. She looked back up at him and at the house.
Tears filled Eanna's eyes at the thought of her best friend surrounded by those mad men. "Russett, I know I shouldn't ask any favors." She began and looked up at him. Eanna stood up and again faced him.
"That is my best friend in there. I gurantee we are even closer than you and Parsman. Please, we have to go back. I can fight! I promise... But I have to save her. She came for me and I'm taking her with me, even if it's on the path to hell." Eanna said.
She closed her eyes and waited for his answer. Whether or not Russet aproved, she was saving Caria.

Russet looked at Eanna with tears in his eyes. "Eanna, let the sacifice that both Parsman and Caria made not be in vain."
He could see that the young vampiress was about to agrue turning his head he says. "Someday you will forgive me."
He hit Eanna hard enough to knock her out and picked her up and ran as fast as he could for he knew that if his link with parsman was broken then all was lost.

Parsman looked at Caria and shoved a heavy and wide statue in front of the door but he did not leave there was something in his mind that told him he couldn't leave her. He knocks out three vampires as he throws the statue to the door.
Then throws off all the vampires that covered Caria.
"Come on there's a hole in the roof that I'll put my many arsenal through after we're through to seal it off."

Caria looked at him. "Okay." She said and followed him. 'Why would he not just run and hope to save himself?' She wondered, looking at Parsman. Then it hit her. Eanna was bound to be worried sick and willing to kill herself to save her. "We have to hurry before Eanna does something stupid." She said.

Parsman chuckled. "I think that Russett can handle her."
Parsman bent his knees and flew to the opening after Caria was through he pulled out at least twenty swords(He didn't know how much, he was in to much of a hurry) and with lightning fast reflexes not only sealed off the hole but also made a trap.
"Russett is carring Eanna and they are about three hundred miles from here come on."

Eanna didn't know what to think of her unfamiliar settings. She looked at Russett and suddenly remembered. Eanna hurled herself at him, kicking and punching, but gained control and sighed. "I'm sorry Russett. Forgive me. It's just... I'm alone now that she's gone." Eanna said and looked down.
But suddenly she smelled something familiar and looked up. Parsman and Caria stood there. Eanna was shocked and sat there, mouth open.

"Eanna!" Caria cried and wrapped her arms around her friends neck. Without caring about the two men present, she began to weep. "Eanna, I was so worried. I promise nothing like that will ever happen again. I love you. sister. Never leave me." She sobbed, rocking back and forth. Caria eased off and looked at Russett, wiping away her tears.
"I will never be able to pay off my debt to you. Thank you Russett. You too Parsman. Without either of you, we would never have seen one another again. Eanna is my sister, even if not by blood, and it's actually painful to be away from her." Caria said. She again hugged her friend.

Russett smiles at the two sisters. " I understand perfectly and so does Parsman for though I am more then a millennium older then him I would most likely die without him."
Parsman smiles "That's true and I would die without him."

A young vampire with Goldish red hair came skipping along to the group.
"I thought you two were in the area only you two would dare to go into The House Of Hewrane and only you two could suceed in getting out alive."
She then turned to Caria and Eanna. "Hi my names Rachel Ann Lesser. And it is my pleasure to met you two."

Caria could see now why Eanna could care for Russett. He was unlike any other male vampire she'd evr met. Caria shook her head, hoping to shake off this odd attraction to Parsman and Russett. She again hugged Eanna. "We should be on our way. I need to get my stuff from the inn and the we can begin our true quest." She said. Without waiting for an answer, she looked at Russett. "I don't want her passing out so could you carry her?" She asked. Then she turned to the newcomer. "I'm sure they can fill you in. But you are welcome to come with me, but I'll be carrying you." She said and held out a hand, smiling warmly.

Russett smiles then as gently as he can lefts Eanna onto his back judging by the affectionate hold she had Russett could tell she was enjoying herself. Russett then turned to Rachel who looked a little uncomtable being carried and gave her a nod. After everyone was situated Russett and Parsman follow Caria back to the inn glad that one journey had ended and another was about to begin.

Rachel hesitates at being carried until she sees the nod from Russett telling her that it was ok. Then she takes Caria's hand and is lead back to the inn. Where She asks Russett what the mission is and he replies that he really didn't know they were talking about it when Eanna ran off and they never really got a chance to explain it in detail.
