Just noticed something ...

Three of the four character sheets show mounts.

Does Ocyari have a mount?
If not, is she riding with someone?
If so, who?

Kay is onr of those likeable-but-slightly-dense fellows, and, quite possibly, could easily be cajoled into playing "taxi", if given a reason he could understand. After all, he wants bo be good friends with everyone. It's what he bases his loyalties on ...

Um... characters?

Why is Ocyari level 2... I thought this was a level 4 campaign. I cannot see anything on the sheet which would give a level adjustment...

ok here goes

Answers people:

Brianna, the Q/A and the game thread have already been linked. Have been since I put up the game.

The name Chindari plains comes straight from the Audalis world. I have no idea who came up with the name and concept, but it truly is a funny coincidence

And I had hoped that it was clear enough that you guys were the adventuring party. I didn't specify any characters, since I believe that's up to you guys to do.

Gboy: I have doubts concerning you being part of the monastery, because it would indicate that you would have certain knowledge of the surroundings, something that could give you unfair advantages. We could rule though, that you are a new guy, who has just arrived last week? I like the idea of you coming from the monastery, just not the 'benefits' that come with it. I'm sure you can understand.

And Jjmikerr, there will be no slapping

One more thing: I put up everybody's character sheet for my own reference, and for the players themselves. If there are 'errors' in other people's sheets, that is for a good reason, and it would be best to just accept them and find out roleplaying wise what your team-mates are like.
Can everybody agree on that?

Okay on both counts!

Very well, I am the new guy. I never really know much about a world anyway... and actually, I'll have a reason for not knowing the area even slightly in my story.

As for the Character, sounds like a plan. This adds a new dimension, and it sounds fun!

hey

I'm pretty pleased with the posts so far, guys. Good work.

On thing though: Brianna, I think I've missed something here, or misundestood perhaps, but I don't really understand this piece of your post:

she was drawn by the call of magic especially that of the sorcerer. Fo years she had trained and studied sharpening her skills and ability. Recently she had traded much of her jewels and finery for that which would serve her better out in the world practicing her magics. Isilimiri’s mother had been surprised by the daughter decision to leave the halls of mages for the outside world.
She is not a sorcerer but a cleric right? Or are you talking about something else?

Chindari?

I can answer this one.

The Chindari Plains were included on the very first map of Antaron (the main continent of Audalis) that I ever drew. The horse-centric society there was inspired party by the Mongols of history, mixed a bit with some Native American sprinklings (respect for nature), and flavored a bit further by some peoples from an old computer RPG called "Knights of Legend" (specifically, their prowess with the bow).

Brianna, you may or may not recall, but years ago, you briefly played a Chindari character in my "Meanwhile" campaign (your sister played the role of Janthea). At that time, I didn't have all of the Audalis pantheon fleshed out, so you introed the idea of a multifaceted goddess (the mother, the wanton, the warrior, and some other aspects I don't remember) that your character worshipped. Unfortunately, your character met with a horrible end (see my user title), and the idea of this goddess got scrapped.

I think that maybe our worlds got mingled at some point?

alright

updated. I didn't wait for Reralae, since she can fill in the details when she does post. I'm earlier than I should be so it's no big deal anyway.

A story to tell...

Perhaps Ocyari will share the tale of a little cookie thief

Umm, exactly how detailed would you like me to put it though? Since FT fell apart, I'd also have to make up the rest of it too, as seen through Ocyari's eyes...

well

It is your tale today, so make it as elaborate as you want to. Besides, it doesn't have to be the full truth, you know.

OK Timeline

Is this happening before or after the time of Chakran Portal. I have a great story started about the adventure and how it ended--We won barely.

Tamuril could share the Epic of the Great Battle of the Chakran Portal.

it doesn't really matter

I doesn't influence anything I suppose, as long as you make it a happy ending

so please! Go ahead, I'm curious now!

I think

that Thumpa will just stay with what she knows (which isn't much, at the moment). But how she got where she is is (kinda) a marvel of it's own, to her. So many in her past showed forsight that aided her on her chosen path ...
