GO COLTS!

I was a 49er fan back in the days of Joe Montana and Steve Young... but then became a Colts fan... I must confess I spend most of my Sunday watching Football...

The Vikings have always been a favorite of mine.. when they arent playing the Colts.. and I think the addition of Brett Farve is only a good thing.. as the wins can attest... Farve is still a great QB.. despite his vacillating about retiring.. and with a offensive line like the Vikings.. he can do real well.

Oh.. one more thing..

Cowboys Suck!

Patriots Suck!

GO COLTS!!

6-0

Favre has never gone 6-0 in his entire career until now. Not that he almost didn't. Baltimore shanked the game winner on a kick they should've been able to hit and let them get away with it. But, hey, that's football right?

Hmm

The Vikings showed a weak secondary in that game. I'd have them as my pick to go deep in the playoffs if not for that performance.

Right now I'm looking at the Saints, they ploughed the Giants and are looking damn unstoppable.

Consider me impressed.

P.S. I knew the Titans' placing last year was a fluke.

Vikings for Real?

As a life long Viking fan I must admit this team looks pretty good.

No, I don't think they won that game on Sunday, Baltimore lost it on the kick. But the Vikings did dominate the game for 80% of it. Then they totally lost the ability to tackle and had a coach with no clue about time management at the end of the game. (Oh, is that an old story.) But they did come out with the W. And Baltimore is a good team. And they are undefeated still. And they do look to have a good shot at domefield advatage.

Granted, seedings for the playoffs are a long way away and a couple of plays could have switched their recored to 4-2, but still, so far so good. (The defensive backfield is better than you think. Tackling, not coverage, was the problem Sunday. And I had actually been very impressed with the tackling up until then.)

Anyway, I think they have to stand out as one of the top teams so far. I hope so. But I will admit, at this point the Saints look better. The Vikings have won every game so far, but they haven't faced anyone as good as the Giants and they certainly haven't obliterated them. The Aints look mighty good at the moment. In the NFC at the moment I'd go 1. Saints 2. Vikings 3. Giants
But lets wait another 11 weeks to see.

How about Them Cowboys!!!!!!!!

Holy s*** for the first time this year they actually had me shouting myself horse they finally looked like the team I thought they could be. My suggestion…. Drop Roy Willaims to 3rd receiver and promote Miles Austin to 1st receiver and Crayton to #2... Roy you suck!! Lol.

However I have to say the most impressive game of the day was not the Cowboys win…. Or the Cardinals beating the Giants… Oh No it was the way New Orleans came back to whip Miami’s ass !! Jesus H Christ I wish I had the ability to watch two games at once. Go New Orleans!!

I love my Cowboys but ya gotta have respect for a team on its way to a Super Bowl.

LOL

Yeah the Cowpokes looked Super Bowl bound yesterday! ~Sarcasm off~ Sorry I couldnt resist.. I just hate them sooooooo much!

Now the Colts! WOW what a comeback! I thought they were going to lose for the first time last night but then Peyton pulled off another of his last minute miracles. I know some of them have been real close but hey.. a win is a win. 9-0 baby!

He can thank Bill Belicheck for that totaly stupid "go for it on 4th down call." Jesus christ dude your on your own 28 yard line what in the Nine Hells were you thinking!!

yep

Yeah.. your right.. he had help.. the only reason I can think they went for it on 4th down is that they wanted to keep the ball out of Peyton's hands cause he has come back so many times and he was doing it again.. they were down 17 points in the 4th qtr. But I would have punted it and made him work for it a little harder.

Belicheks bitching about it was a 1st down.. if you want to replay you can see he was juggling the ball until he was driven back.. therefore no forward progress without possession. Maybe Bill needs to read the rule book... I am sure that part is right after the part where they mention no cheating.. like he did in the past.

But.. a win is a win!

Eh

The decision not to punt and to throw to someone who quite clearly was not past a first down was a terrible one. That was just a horrible play.

Saints are still destroying things.
