The Hobbit, page 237
Evil: Goblins and Wolves
Good: Dwarves, Elves and Men
That "strange man in the Old Forest" threw me! Good one! Technically the Old Forest is outside the Shire (Fellowship page 121. See also Atlas of Middle Earth pp 70-71 and 74-75). I kept poring over The Scourging of the Shire in Return of the King looking in vain.
From the books: What poem does Sam recite, to the surprise of many, as the party nears Weathertop?
Edit: I mean nothing snarky with my citations, except to show I REALLY like LotR )

Hmmmm...
...I think it might have been "The Fall of Gil-Galad" but I'm not 100% sure... I seem to remember Sam reciting two poems around the time the Fellowship was near Weathertop - that bit from The Fall of Gil'Galad and another, more humorous one regarding a troll - just can't recall the sequence right off the top of my head. :/
Pit's gonna recommend I read the whole trilogy, again... just watch.
To whom is the following quote attributed?
"I was talking aloud to myself. A habit of the old: they choose the wisest person present to speak to; the long explanations needed by the young are wearying."

To Go To War (Helms Deep)
I believe that is the answer to your question.
My question (If I am right)
"I have passed the test, I will diminish and go into the West...."
Who says this?

Whoops.
Oops...sorry. It's really, really late for me here, and can't get to sleep, hence why I completely forgot.
Eheh...sorry. ^^'
Anyway, which finger (and on which hand) was famously bitten off of Frodo Baggins by Gollum?

ummm
I believe it is the right hand, the pointer finger
IF I AM RIGHT:
What is the name of the giant of a man who aids the elves, dwarves and humans in the Battle of Five armies?

Beorn "The Skin-Changer"
And I'm sorry to have to do this but the answer to "who fought in the battle of the 5 armies" is technically incorrect as the Goblins & Worgs were considered 1 army.
The 5th army that many forget were the Eagles!
My question then in the movies who voiced the Witch King of Angmar??

Nope Incorrect
If you reread my question I asked who VOICED him not who PLAYED him .
So my question still stands and I'll add a hint.....
Who voiced the Witch King of Angmar in the first and third films but was in all three films in another character role.

Hmmm...
That's a hard one, but I think I remember...
It's...is the voice of the Witch King done by the same man who played the portrayal of Gollum? Andy Serkis?
I won't put on another question, partially because I'm not certain, and partially because there's already an unanswered question two posts above me. ^^

Well, regardless, might as well put my question through now come to think of it...

He done did it!
It's been 16 days--I do believe that counts as a stumper! I've already applauded Eol for this, feel free to do the same.
(Guthwine "Friend In Battle"--I had to Google it, so it doesn't count as a true answer. Great job, Eol!)
