GOOD GRIEF Tann...tough one!
I'll say #3 is a lie...although #1 comes in a VERRRY close 2nd.
Here's mine:
1 I have 3 published poems
2 I personally know the original bass player from Blackfoot
3 I have one kidney
oh...and this is a GREAT game Olan!

Fun fun fun
Lyskhala - I am completely guessing on #2 as the lie. Mostly cause I never heard of Blackfoot.
My lie was #2 - Tall skinny women. I do not like skinny, I feel that real women have curves. Not sure what conversation Tann is referring to but I am extremely quiet (ask Olan) and a softie at heart.
New list. This one I call Dark Al.
1 - I once grabbed a teenager by the collar and hauled him out of the seat on a bus because he wouldn't give it up for an elderly lady.
2 - I once hacked into the Playboy Inc mainframe and grabbed a bunch of photos that had not been published yet, then released them to the usenets.
3 - There are places in Canada I can not go because there are warrants out for my arrest.

lies, lies, lies!
Glad to see this game taking off! You can thank my wife for it... they are playing it on her Baby Center messageboard. I don't see why you can't play mre than once.
Okay, for me... #1 was the lie. I actually dropped out of college for a while after realizing that medicine (my original idea) had zero appeal whatsoever for me. I was working as a cabinetmaker when Donna encouraged me to go back to school, and asked why didn't I get into computers, since I had always been so interested in them?
Duh... I did, finally.
Alacrity is very quiet in real life, that is correct.
Now, as to the dark Al list, I'd day the Playboy thing was a lie - not sure the man knows anythign about hacking. Photoshop, yes. Hacking, not so much. Would love to hear about the warrants...
Alamier, I'm gonna guess you have never been arrested, so #3 is the lie.
Hmmm... three more for me.
#1: I didn't learn to swim until I was 11 years old.
#2: My first car was a 1992 Ford Mustang.
#3: My thirtieth birthday didn't bother me at all, but number twenty-nine sure did!

Spiffy...
I'm going to go with my gut and say that you actually did learn to swim before you were 11, boss... #1 is your lie, there.
Let's see what I can come up with, eh?
#1... I have, at different points in my life, been shot, stabbed, and hit by a car
#2... I claim upstate New York as 'home' but was actually born in South Dakota
#3... When I first learned to talk, I spoke with a British accent and that accent stuck with me until I was 6.

aaank! Wrong answer!
#1 is true. I did not learn to swim until I went to summer camp at the age of 11. My parents never took me to the lake, to swimming pools, etc... I had only been in the water a couple of time before that age. I quite enjoy swimming now, however... and made sure that my kids were in the water even at the infant ages.
I'm gonna guess that #2 is a lie for Eol, since he lives in Ohio. Of course, he might still claim New York as home... dunno.

One good bzzt deserves another...
Wow! I figured that down south everyone learned to swim before that... that's what I get for figuring.
Anyhoo, #2 is not my lie... I do live in Ohio, but when I talk about "home" I'm usually referring to the Adirondacks.
Anyone else care to take a whack? 50-50 shot.

Ding-ding-ding!
Good job, Gruggles, m'boy!
#1 is the lie... I have been stabbed, I have been hit by a car, and I have been shot at but I've never actually "taken a bullet" (rocksalt in the buttcheek once, and, of course, been pelted by BBs and such, but that doesn't really count )

Wrong Olan
I have no arrest warrants to my name. My hacking days were during the early days of the internet when security software had holes in them so large you could back a truck through them. I can't do any of that stuff nowadays.
I did haul a teenager up by the throat one day after I had politely pointed out to him the elderly lady was coming and he rolled his eyes at me and waved dismissedly towards me. Wrong move.
TV Time
1 - I have never seen an episode of Seinfeld
2 - I secretly enjoy old episodes of Six Million Dollar Man and Knightrider
3 - I have not seen past half way through the second season of New Battlestar Galactica series

Ooooh... tuff one
I'm going to go with #2 being the lie, there, Big Al.
Not hard to believe that you've never seen an episode of Seinfeld... The new BG lost me somewhere around that same point, as well, so I can maybe find truth in that one... And I secretly wanted to be Col Steve Austin when I was a wee-pooper, myself, so I can see enjoying old episodes of The Six Million Dollar Man, but Knightrider?!?! Gotta be a lie.

Know me well
You are correct Robert. I recent found myself watching some channel that shows old programs and watched a ^ Million Dollar man episode and a Knightrider. It was painful to watch. I used to love these shows when i was young but the acting is so bad, the effects are cheesy and the plots transparent. I was embarassed to admit I loved them as a kid.
Got to give someone else a chance here.

...I still have an undiscovered lie on mine. Somebody guess!
Hrm, Roger the hacker? Never would have thunk it. Obviously, that's better than Roger the fugitive... but I did figure it was for parking tickets or somesuch. No REAL crimes by mister polite!

Mustang
1992? I think that is too modern of a model to be your first car, Olan.
