LOL

Yay, posts!!!

I love seeing posts!

Got one started for Det Kelly, yesterday, that I need to finish and you can bet your sweet bippy that I'll have one posted for Alex very soon after.

Also... since I hadn't gotten around to answering, yet... Boo Boo, you're right Oath of Duty isn't a power, at all. The best way to look at it is that it's the "oath of service" that Cyrene swore to Azazel in exchange for his having brought her back from the Threshold and granting her the powers she has (i.e. the enhanced strength, dexterity, longevity, etc...). If you're interested in more powers, we can easily strip some points from skills in order to buy more metaphysics. That said, point-wise, Cyrene is pretty darn powerful as she stands... she's at least a good 10 points above Alex, anyway, plus she's got the benefit of never tiring (i.e. having to make endurance checks), centuries of experience (i.e. all those skills), and having the entire Cult at her disposal, for the most part...

She's fine

No, Cyrene is perfect the way she is now. I was just wondering if I was missing something about that Meta.

Thanks for explaining.

Of course

It's an Awesome group you have here, plus me.

I plan to NPC Sargent Fansler in their meeting, unless there are any objections? I promise not to kill him.

Feel free...

...Fansler is an NPC, after all. If you need any input, just holler at me!

Fansler

I've been reading back and, in doing so, realized that Sgt Fansler should actually be Patrolman Fansler (he was one of the uniforms that showed up with Joe way back when). Not a big deal, really, if we want to make him a Sgt, I'm good with that... just happened to notice the "discrepancy."

Sorry

I thought he was called a Sargent at some point. My mistake. Post corrected.

No worries! Nothing to apologize for.

You're right, he was referred to as Sargent in another post or two, so no worries at all... In thinking about it, it might actually make more sense for Fansler to be a bit older (and higher ranking) than I originally imagined... Still a "patrol cop" just on the job longer...

Not crucial to the story, either way... I think Fansler may just end up a casualty anyway.

Edit: Also, I imagine if we boost Fansler up to a Sgt, he can serve as one of Cyrene's "higher ranking cronies" (at least among the mundanes, anyway)... built in connection to the CPD, etc...

So mote it be!

Fansler is a Sgt. Still "patrol" but senior patrol, anyway.

Indeed it is!

Most often associated with the Wicce, actually... typically ends an incantation... "by my will, so mote it be."

If you want/need stats for Fansler, let me know.

Nice phrase

I think I will start using that in my everyday life. It should get a lot of attention, especially at work.

"By my will, so mote it be!" What? what you looking at? Who are those dudes in the white coats? No, I don't want to go with them. STAY BACK!!!
