I'm still here!
And I'm definitely wanting to continue. I'll do my best to post and make some decisions this weekend.
Roger, is there a new version of the rules for ships with upgrade options, etc.? And did you update Roc's info on the Character's thread, or on the spreadsheet so I can have a copy?
Wyatt will definitely spread the shares as arranged. There's no reason to do otherwise.

i will update the character sheet for Rocinante and send you a new spreadsheet. You basically have a firefly mr 3.5 now. New powerplNt and engines in the smaller body of a mr 3. While you are nowhere near the speed of Destiny, it will have more pep with better mileage

I would love to see some possible upgrades as Wyatt is more prone to putting his share back into Roc than anywhere else, but in the meantime, I'll post.

Well..........
Asher might be interested in a possible stop on the trip to Hera to get a few "spare parts" and perhaps a few items to help him protect the crew. I thought I'd read about a gun shop run by a pair of brothers? They had a really nifty back room.
Or was that in PHB or something?

You do not need more guns.

Everyone gets a 3 step advancement point. That means you may move 3 skills up 3 points or develop a new set of skills.

Sorry, but I was a little late on my post.
So, the three advancement points. Do we apply them the same as in the first rule book, or do I remember you saying there was another way we were applying them?
And what would the stats be on the service revolver if you don't mind?

Great post Bromern.
Been awhile since I looked up the rule book of advancement
Every player gets three point to advance the skills they have or start new ones. You may use one point to move up a step (d8 to d10 for example). You can not dump all three into one unless you are starting a new skill (Land Based Driving to d6) or there is a reason for doing so (The character spent the entire adventure fixing the ship and wanted to put all the points into ship repair).
Service Revolver d8W, Range Inc: 120 Max ROF/Magazine: 2 (12) Weight: 5
This is the officer service pistol so it is heavier and a higher gauge.

I have upgraded the character sheet for Rocinante. I know you want to look at upgrades but upgrades will have to happen after the adventure.

So, in terms of advancement: Wyatt's pistol is at a d12. If I put a point in Pistol that would then be a bonus die advancement of a d2, right? D12 is the highest die you can go without a bonus die situation as I read it in the old manual (need to get a new one).

As I See It.....
These are my choices to add my three points.
From what he learned during the refit and when he messed up the wireing he payed attention and learned more on the electrical systems.
Having to use the rifle as a sniper from the top of Roc when the Mercs first showed up as Marshells ups his "guns".
Working out with Willow to the videos he has added to his Martial Arts.
Skills:
*Rewire and Reroute Electrical d10
Guns d8
*Martial Arts d10

guns is a basic skill and can only go as high as d6. You may increase you specialties
