If she really wants to play Grace I could play JC Kane. I don't think 2 PR men would be that much of a conflict as 2 Mechanics right?

Be easy to say Grace hired on as the Rocinante's mechanic due to Fenris leaving and JC came with her. Just a thought.

I don't want to bring the Destiny characters to Rocinante. Difference ships, different feels.

JC and Asher would not work well together. Grace and Wyatt would not work either. Grace ignores orders and would wire explosives into the hull of the ship "just in case". And can you imagine Grace and Willow as Grace borrows Willow's x-ray equipment all the time? I love the Destiny crew but they belong on the Destiny.

So unless there is a major objection, I will go forward with the crew as I have suggested. Having Jade and Sam together gives you a tremendous advantage in flight/battles because you can have one of them in the co-pilot seat. Jade also gives you a subtler fighter and a Tech specialist.

Well the Kid could forgive Sam for "borrowing" his guns when he left because he saw him as an older brother. But I'd hate to see something happen to the old slow gun fighter for trying to get to Asher's toys. Of course then Asher could hang that arm on the wall as an art piece.

In attempting to resolve something with Tann I have realized that I need to re-read the rules and perhaps I will post a brief summary of important parts like combat, plot points, ballistic vest and using skills. This happens to me a lot where I develop house rules and then I assume they are part of the core rules. Two years later, I am surprised when I can't find them again.

I still have everything I got for the game from you Roger from the source books to gear and including the Chinese sayings, so I'm good to go.
