And since we're at it, does anyone know how I can change the text's colors if I can change them at all? I'm using Firefox if it's a matter of browsers. I know how to do bold, italic and underline in Firefox but I'm still looking for the colors thing.

There is one printed in common room section of the general forum.

To change font colors, use the correct html tag. <font color="green">Green text here</font> is an example.

A co-worker is going on vacation starting the 18th and will not return till the 27th so I will be working those 9 days straight through with no days off. As such I will more then likely be unable to post during that time frame as I will be working his 6pm to 1am shift.
