ay

Updated...

There is definitely something to gain in this situation, otherwise I would've skipped this whole part. Please don't discard it lightly.

question.

Back-read the intro ...

Do I get apprised of the situation from Ormander or from my former "family"? Makes a difference in my post ...

As far as I know...

You're just told now of the whole situation by our 'siblings'

yep

well, in the orphanage you've been informed that there were 'problems', but you've only heard NOW what they are exactly.

well

no, but she means in general, of course. A Sea Cat is strange, but monsters do appear every now and then... it's a fantasy world after all.

Ummm

Utan, you might want to know, we can't split the party. This is what has made it so difficult to play this game (and keeps it interesting imo)

Easy now. Not my intent at all. I just gave the others a chance to intervene. If they let him go, it's done. But let's see what transpires ...

Also

One considerable question that I'm afraid I'll have to raise is the question of whether Pao's simply reading too much in people's words, and if that is on purpose. As far as I could see, Ocyari didn't even say anything regarding motives. To her, it just appears Pao and Percifeer are bickering; it's not like she can really tell much more than that.

Okay

Reralae, don't be afraid to bring up any points, at least to me. I don't take them personally.

Does it seem like Pao has a chip on his shoulder? It should.

Bickering? Pao? No. He's reacting, based on past experience. His history can be learned in play and will enlighten all, but for now, they only know what they see.

Not pretty, maybe, but put yourself in his position:
Return to help, sent to find others. A party ensues for some reason and THEN he's told why he's here. Minutes later he's the target of wild accusations about what he can and can't do, delaying progress, assuming too much, and generally being a butthead.

Yeah, he's angry. If y'all wanna learn about him, interact with him, don't just judge.

umm...

Percifeer doesn't interact, she just judges. 18 Cha Sorcerer. She's all emotion.
