"He's SOOO ticked now!" Dawn laughed. Jacobi was growling in his head, and now pretending to gag. She giggled again.

He laughed shallowly. He couldn't stop thinking. He was worried. She hadn't said anything to him about how it was for her. Was he good enough, was he horrible? Was he too small? Too large (though he doubted it)? Had she had sex before? Was the first time better?

He felt her in his mind, she knew all of his thoughts. He was embarrassed for thinking them. He was done, and all could think about was the fact that it was over...and she knew how insecure he was about it. He'd always been insecure. He wondered if she would address his questions...she smiled a little.

"Don't worry, you were perfect. One time before, a long time ago..." Dawn smiled more warmly and sat up.

He would have said it was a load off his chest, but that wasn't the issue. It was a load off of another part of him.

'You did good' he thought to it. 'Great now I'm talking to my...forget it.'

He sat up smiled at her. They were both still garmentless. He wondered what she'd say next. Did they go back to others? How long had they been there? How long had it taken? Good God...what would the others say, seeing him covered in sweat. They could invade his mind, search his memories...know what it felt like...

He grew a little scared. It wasn't a real problem with him, but he didn't want to expose Dawn to that. Essentailly forcing her to sleep with the others...in a non-direct way of course.

He rubbed his back and stood up, the three long scars streched out. He walked to the window and looked out. It was still daylight...then he realized he was naked standing at a window...was he crazy? He saw two girls in the courtyard look up and see him. He ducked, but he could feel their thoughts...

Was he really that attractive? It wasn't that big...

He stopped. What was he doing. He shook his head and moved back over the bed, sitting down on the edge, but not bothering to clothe himself.

Dawn hugged around his waist. "Don't be so tense, love. Relax." She kneeded the bottomn of his neck with her thumbs. "Just relax..." She kissed his neck and continued.

She felt her arms around his abdomen. Her hands were cool, and they released the worry in him. She whispered in his ear and his guard lowered yet again, and he began to slouch. Then she kissed his neck, and started gently rubbing him with her thumbs, and he absolutely melted. How could she be so calm. Wasn't she worried? What would her father do to her if he found out? What would Jacobi do?

Then another, far more horrible thought occured to him. They hadn't used protection...what if she was pregnant now because of him.... He began thinking this was all a mistake, but he sure couldn't take it back, and he wasn't sure he wanted to.

It had seemed so right at the time...like nothing could go wrong, and now that it was over...ideas like this could not leave his head. He was too distracted to even enjoy the feel of Dawn presseing against his back.

He hung his head and let out a sigh, wondering if she realized she might be pregnant. What a fool...why hadn't she stopped him? Why hadn't he stopped himself. He could have at least pulled out...but now he was dwelling on the past. He had no idea whether or not the genetic material he had created managed to make it anywhere, but it was certainly a horrible notion.

Oddly enough he looked down at again and scowled.

'Damn you...' he thought to it. This time he didn't care how ridiculous it seemed, he blamed it for all his problems. It was it's fault anyway...sometimes he couldn't help but wish he didn't have one.

He wasn't sure if Dawn knew his thoughts for a quick moment, then he realized...they were in Love, so their minds were linked for eternity. Whether nor not they activley searched each other or simply sat by, they were in each others heads and could feel each others thoughts...feelings...and memories. He couldn't hide anything from her anymore...and he didn't want to.

Her hands released his back and her lips retunred to their normal place. He leaned back, slowly pushing them both back until they were laying down. His head was on her chest, and he looked up with his eyes and just saw her face looking down at him. She was a giving him a 'do you mind...private area your squishing' stare. He almost laughed and shifted his position, but then she saw the worry in him, and he remained still. It was soft here anyway...it reminded him of a cloud almost, or what he'd always dreamed clouds felt like.

"My dad would accept you. And I'm on the pill. Daddy's orders." Dawn was getting slightly uncomfortable. She squirmmed slightly. "Umm...move please?"

He got up and turned around, almost patting them to make sure they were okay. He laughed, he knew she felt that thought. There was only one problem with this set up...she was in his mind...part of him...she could feel everything he felt, hear everything he heard and think everything he thought...everything...

This was going to be uncomfortable...then he started thinking about her, almost out of sheer dibelief that he could have managed to end up with a woman this beautiful...

'Damn he though...she heard that..."
'Awww...and she heard that too..."

He stopped thinking, but only found himself marveling at her even more. He couldn't stop. He was least relived to hear she was taking birth control, but then again, those didn't always work.

He shook the thought from his mind and layed down next to her, folding his arms behind his head and looking up the ceiling again.

All he could do was let out a contented sigh.

Dawn sighed. "I always make you sad..." She frowned deeply.

"What are you talking about?" he rolled over on his side and propped his head up with his right arm. "You've done nothing but make me happy...all evening...reeeaaaalllly happy..." as if that wern't enough he nodded his head downward. That was so stupid, he though to himself.

She looked troubled.

"Do you really think that?", he asked her.

"Yes. You're always so troubled around me." Dawn looked away.

"I'm so troubled around you...cause I'm a damn fool. I'm just...worried...that you might have second thoughts about me, or think that I'm...too vulgar...or too outright. It's not you...your fine."

She looked back at him. His eyes were welling up again. He was afraid he would lose her. She saw the fear.

"I love you...more than I've ever loved anyone."

Instinctivley he fingered the claw marks on his back. Should he tell her about his past? The people he'd killed...the lives he'd ruined? He felt he had to, but he feared she might hate him for it.

"It's just that, I get worried...because your so beautiful...and I'm so...", He couldn't come up with the term. He didn't deserve her, and yet fate had thrown them together.

"You are perfect to me. I don't care what you've done, or your past." She said. "I love you Adrian. And I'm not perfect either."

She looked perfect to him.

A single tear fell out of his eyes, and he wiped it away as quickly as he could. Men didn't cry...not over beautiful women...not over the first hapiness they'd ever felt.

He got up and stretched out his legs.

"I think me and little Adrian need a rest..." he tried lightening up the mood, "want to go back to the others?" It was honestly up to her.

"And I'm worried about something...if I can enter minds...and you can enter minds...they can enter minds too. What if they go in me...and see this memory...what we just did...I don't want them feeling that...that's between you and me...but I can't just shut them out. They have to be able to trust me. I don't want them to know what happened here...but they will for sure..."

"Sorry, I can't help you there." Dawn started digging through her closet. "And I have to go see my dad. Want to meet him?"
