Loved the collab post.  And it's pretty cool how the Angel has been getting so much screen time in a totally inadvertant Checkov's Gun.

One thing jumps out at me, though, that I wanted to mention before I pos for Drake.  Starfleet asset or not, the Angel is being piloted by Starfleet crew.  It feels like if Drake knows about the scheme, it's going to go very poorly at review. 

If an accident were to just happen, that would be one thing.  If Drake knows about a planned accident, plausible deniability is gone...

... and Tochi may be entertaining the notion of resigning his commission to skirt that little technicality. We'll see how it washes out.

No worries.  Just considering giving you a chance to keep this from the Capain for his own good, if you so desired.  If you wish, I will roll with it as is!

I like the "in the moment" thing, boss, you know that! If you wanna go ahead and work up a response to Tochi's hail and, maybe, the first part of their get together, I'll follow your leader and we'll see where it goes.  Gonna be a fun scene regardless of how it shakes out, I think.
