Hmmm....
Cleric domain spells get unlimited casting (until abused)?
Okay. I have a question, then.
If domain spells, basically a 1/day use ability given to the clerics, "Here's an extra spell you can prep and one extra spell slot to prep it in," are getting bumped up to unlimited uses per day, does that mean that feats that do that exact same thing might also get a boost up to unlimited?
The specific feats I'm curious about are the Fiendish Presence and Fiendish Legacy feats from complete mage. As written now, Presence (prereq. of character level 6) gives the use of cause fear, detect thoughts, and suggestion, each usable once per day at a caster level equal to character level. Legacy is the same but prereq. is level 9 and spells are teleport (self plus 50 pounds of objects only), summon monster V(fiendish creatures only), and unholy blight.
I'm definitely going to take Presence, I'm not decided yet about Legacy. Just thought I'd ask since power boosts were going out, in case I could snag one.

Oh!
lol I had to reread Zero's post twice to figure out D'atranian was talking to Nefarion.. at least I am pretty sure that is what you meant Zero..
I am guessing that you combined Rath with Nef and got "neth".. but alas the drow are not a celebrity couple that you can combine their names to address them
Assuming I'm right I'll answer you soon

Feats and Racial spells
I'm not extending the tweak to spell like abilities granted by feats or race. Like I explained, the reasoning behind my inclusion of Domain Spells in the tweaking was that they were gifts from some divine patron for your extreme faith (even if that "divine patron" is demonic in nature). Spell like Abilities gained by feats are more the result of focused study and training.

tweaks
How about giving the other classes some more skill points or a free feat to balance out the clerics getting something?
In a high powered campaign extra feats and skill points always help. Our(strike and my)previous DM ran nothing but high powered for the last 5 years or so.

The town is what the DMG classifies as a Small Town, so roughly looking at a population of 1060, 85% human, some scattered half-humans (elf and orc) and the occasional demi-human (elf, dwarf, halfling, etc) that has set up shop or moved in, whether out of exile, a desire to live among the humans, or out of necessity to open a business and prosper.
The Red Oak, a popular tavern, is run by one such Dwarf, who moved here after an adventuring career in order to open a business and settle down. Elkas Bronzefoot runs a tight business, having no tolerance for trouble makers and the like. (I included this business solely because I know several of you will eventually migrate there, looking for either a drink or some information.) If you want details on other businesses then by all means ask.

quote?
is it out of the dark elf trilogy?
Jarlaxle maybe
He then cast expeditious retreat on himself before running around and casting mage armor on anyone who was still in the area the he could find and that was willing to have it cast on them.
who wanted that cast on them? no one has replied they wanted it yet.
Where is the clothing shop. I'll find some magical clothing for Zau. He doesn't want to be cut down by Leo. He looked like he was serious this time. Is there somewhere he can wash his beard at. Zau said lice don't taste good.
by the way, doesn't anyone think its strange no town official has shown up after all the weird stuff the townspeople saw us do when we got out of the wagon?

What a waste
I think you are just wasting a large amount of your magical abilities. 1st-level spells are not unlimited after all.

huh
guidance is level 0 and the other spells I used were the unlimited domain spells we were just given. I'm not 'wasting' anything.
My guy has spell as a domain so using spells alot fits into his cleric beliefs.

Correct!
It is indeed Sherlock Holmes!
- It was easier to know it than to explain why I know it.
- Local aid is always either worthless or else biased.
- You see but do not comprehend.
