Picking on the Romulans

Shame thinking all Romulans are bad. but can understand SF general distrust of them. Time will tell who and what they are. Good heavens there are only 6 of them how much trouble could they be.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Dark fits the crew of the Charon. Captain Gavison is a pretty gritty character. Toss your ideas my way. We'll make something work.

Any more room?

The subject line says it all.

Any more room?

absolutely

I know for a fact that we have room. I want to say that one of the vessels still needs a helmsman; I thin kthat CSO is open on both ships, and I know that the Cerberus needs a chief engineer (well, I think so).

There are other spots, too, I am certain.

Well then...

I'd love to be Chief Science Officer aboard the Charon.

I'd like to be a humanoid from Eminiar VII, a minor planet featured in the original series.

Since it's unclear whether or not Eminiar VII ever enterred into the Federation, I suggest that my character could have been assigned to the Charon as part of an officer exchange program (which we've seen occur on Star Trek before). In other words, he rose through the ranks as a science officer in the Eminian military and is now serving as Chief Science Officer aboard the Charon as part of this exchange. Is this alright?

talk to Bromern

It's his ship. Do realize that this is a military mission, and a military ship, during wartime. Science will be working mostly with tactical and such, I'd guess.

Rarg.

...and the Eminians have a history of war...over 500 years of it!

In any case, I will talk to Bromern. Or maybe he'll see my reply on this thread and answer here later...

Sounds good

I think Olan is right. Science would help out with tactical, medical, and as an advisor. Put the character together, and welcome aboard.

It is looking as though...

I'll need a replacement for ship doctor aboard the Charon. Any takers?

Okay, you now officially have my interest ...

I've been lurking and skulking about, looking for a spot to jump in. So much to see! So much to do! But I digress ...

I am a Trekker/Trekkie (To some/To others), but not to the point of geeky-ness.

I am new to the play-by-post forum and want to learn.

I have never played a free-form game, and I want to learn.

I have, however played a doctor-character at times (although not a doctor, self), and would like to try for medical officer (?) on board the Charon.

What do I need or need to do?

Cool!

Just put up your idea for the character here, or if you'd like, you can take over the one that's already been created.
