Zombie Warfare

Well a couple days ago I read a book at Barnes and Noble about Zombie Warfare. It said something about how to kick ass like a zombie. The main things were being fearless, having limbs that you can pull on and off and a bad pun about being "disarmed". It said the main weapons to use against zombies were meless weapons because bullets will only leave holes but when you cut something off, it doesn't go back on. Just thought you sll might wanna know.

torches

Well assuming we can't find flashlights that would be alasters first thought. Plus torches give off more light we can have longer vision at night then. Might come in handy. Or if we run out of batteries.

shopping list.....

Im basically out to implement some of my earlier ideas, so heres my list and what ideas they pertain to for the reference to the other players.....

LED flash lights:
To tape to the guns in case of a night fight. I would think that because these kind of lights use very little energy that the batteries (AA,AAA, or button cell)would go a long way, and in 2014 these should be widely available.

electrical tape:
Makes tighter and more secure strapping of the lights possible.

Laser pointers or laser level:
for subtle signaling if for any reason we have to split up. Instead of casting a broad beam of light for all (including the zombies) to see, a tighter more confined beam could be used discreetly. may also be used as a laser sight.

thats about it, depending on the answer to my question, here. My "aluminum walking stick", how strong do you allow it to be? can it take the punishment of hitting one of those zombies or I basically be wrapping the rod around my target, thereby ruining it? If it can't take being used as a weapon, I would like to grab a machete as well.

will pm you a inventory list.

LED flashlights, no problem.

I think Malek is referring to dowels - these are gettable.

I have no PM from Malek or Tiamat. :-/

PM

Sorry for the hold up on that inventory message t_catt. I sent it just a moment ago. And yes those are what I am referring to. Once again torch= warmth light and weaponry if need be. LED lights are a great idea though. Might make some torches just in case someone trips and breaks their light.

Post in the works. Not a large one just a figuring out who Alaster is post as he makes a torch if they have flammable liquid. And I have his character figured out no more hopping around with his MPD. XD

blink

Make torches if you want - I have no problem with it.

But, you know, there ARE literally piles of heavy duty flashlights, with all the batteries you could ever want, here. No need to light, worry about heavy liquids, no need to worry about setting yourself on fire...

...wait, nevermind. Use the torches.

LOL

Ohhh... btw... has anyone else played the 'Last Night on Earth' board game?

If not I'd highly recommend it to any zombie fanatic.

I always play the 'I'm cute card' in order to play the zombies. There is nothing more fun than sitting around plotting how to eat your friends brains.

M.
