Dang.
I just picked one out of the PHB. If that pantheon isn't right with forgotten realms, then which setting are you suppose to use that pantheon in?

Basically the PHB just appropriated the gods from the Greyhawk setting (Heironeous, Hextor et al).
I'd give you a list of FR deities but there's so many it'd make your eyes bleed. I've always liked that about FR though.

Apologies if the last post is a little inelegant. It's tough to work in three conversations into one narrative.

Gnome Gods
Regarding Gnomish Gods, I thought I'd just quickly post the bio of Baervan Wildwanderer. If you've played Baldur's Gate 2, he's the God that Aerie worships.
Baervan Wildwanderer is gentle, good natured and mischievious, and his penchant for good-natured mischief rivals Garl Glittergold himself. Though sometimes Baervan plays jokes on other creatures, it is hard not to like him. The Masked Leaf's tricks are much more pointed than [is] typical of the Forgotten Folk [ie. gnomes], and if Baervan wants to send someone a message, he does so in the form of a joke. Baervan is patron of the forest gnomes, rare and secretive kin of rock gnomes.
He also has a raccoon companion called Chiktikka Fastpaws. The rest is about how his clergy is organized and we can skip that...
As for his dogma:
The great forests of the outdoors await those Forgotten Folk daring enough to venture forth from their burrows. Wander the great woodlands in search of excitement and sylvan sites of incredible beauty. Defend and protect the creatures of the forest and the woodlands in which they reside. Be ever curious, and follow life wherever it may lead.'
...I thought I'd bring it up since that reminds me of Xaris.

Well since
there is so much roleplay happenin and opportunity for more, I'll leave you all to it for the time being, throwing in small converations perhaps from the npc's, but I want to allow for all the converastion I can before throwing the next part in.

Umm, I meant to get in a reply today to Reralae's last post, but I'm exhausted.
So I'll do so first thing tomorrow.

Well that was an interesting development. Silly slavers should no better than to try and domesticate a drow though.
On a more serious note, I hope Linnix will be able to pick up on the ruse, and the slavers will fall for it!
There are a number of lovely spells Aelistae can cast without any spell components if they do...and one that only requires a material component of three tears too.

as for the token
I somehow doubt she had the gryphon tucked between her cleavage of her dress. Other than the clothing, there are no other items on your person.
As for spells, I believe I have your spell list. So it'll be interesting to see how you put the limitations of components to use.
Oh, and for bemusement, Linnix has taken 4 subdual

Oh well it was worth asking.
And as for spells, well you'll have to wait and see what she managed to come up with. I take it she can conjure up three tears without too much trouble?

Tears
Easily enough... just catch the ones that drop from Linnix's eyes in the post I'll do... maybe right now even though I'm in class
I'm at a bit of a loss of what to do for Linnix, but given the circumstances, there's not a lot to do...
Well, I'll get at it ^_^

I'm sure Aelistae will make good use of those tears...if the slavers do fall for the ploy.
