Brom as far as Croaker is concerned he laid out his idea in my last post and is just waiting on Jack to give the go ahead. But to make things easier here is the gist of it…

1st) We make the client think Mery Deth is still alive but that Spiff and Bullseye are running 15 minutes late to the meet, and as Jack was the guy that hired us he makes the call to let the client know as such.

2nd) Scribe takes off with Guardian and tries to get the word out to any surviving Wild Things about the meet and sends them in that direction. If all the Wild Things are as Spiff said "taken care of" then as a back up if he thinks at the time it’s a good option he gets the word out to maybe a rival gang that a big money meet is going down and the Wild Things are involved. If not they make the meet and it will be up to Spiff to explain why Mery Deth is dead and in that regard I wish him luck. Also the whispered message to Bullseye I PMed you has been relaid to Logan.

3rd) Spiff and Bullseye with no delays as the meet is in 10 minutes head right away to it. If hopefully the Wild Things or some other outside force disrupts the meet we wait a few hours then have Jack call to reschedule it for the next day, giving us more time to get some hard info on this drug.

4th) The rest of us Peacekeeper, Preacher Firewind and myself after getting as resupplied as possible with Jack’s help head to the Biotechnia building and using Preachers hacker skills and Firewind’s Med knowledge we try to get incriminating evidence to get us out of the line of fire so to speak.

That’s pretty much it I guess as that post is still up you could always check back to it. In the end we need Jack’s ok and help at least on ammo maybe a gren or two for the launchers we have and maybe 2-3 SMG silencers that I figure his guards should be carrying as he hates public displays.

Well monday's here, so I'm off to Quebec until next monday. It's that time of the year again. If the game gets going don't wait up for me, if people are eager to post, go for it...I'll prolly not check any of this until tuesday, depending on my boyfriend's work schedule. He SHOULD be on afternoons, but doesn't mean he will be.

Spiff and Croaker have been arguing over the details of it mostly. So, here's Spiff's take on it.

1st: Spiff will NEVER agree to any sort of 'running late' idea, especially since he has to explain why the bird is dead.

2nd: Spiff has been trying to explain to Croaker that the Wild Things were "hit by a rival gang" and as a result will not be of any use to the group. That is, the BBS is showing it that way.

3rd: Spiff asked Jack to give them a start location since he wasn't along for the ride and you haven't responded to that.

4th: They deal with their side, Spiff takes bullseye and deals with his. Then, the group meets at the Red Lantern at noon tomorrow.

The issue, of course, is Croaker keeps trying to mix it up, and Spiff has continued to straighten it out. During the few minutes that are left, Spiff will continue to beat the plan into Croaker's head while Firewind does what he can for the wounded.

That Croaker does not trust you one little bit especially with a family member on your team. All you have shown him is that your a coward and a fast talking liar and you fit the "never trust a Fixer" role to a T.
Also he was in charge of the party before you got involved and he resents the fact that you have tried to undermine him from that moment on so it will be next to impossible to get what you want from him. In the end the only way Spiff and Croaker’s war of words will end is for Jack to take the imitative and go with Croaker’s or Spiff’s plan or a combo of both.

Now Sui I will say this again just to be sure it’s understood between us that this is not me as the player being a hard head its Croaker. I have played him this way since the beginning of the game and will continue to do so until its end or he is dead for real. Hell ask Brom he will tell you, as I am the only original player left from its start, he is the only one that knows the truth of it .

Trust me, I know exactly how Croaker is. I read the game 5 times over from start to finish before the inn crashed way back when. I even read it through one time before joining. I remember a rockerboy who never got played, do you?

Anyway, I understand where you're coming from. Spiff, again, is trying to be as reasonable as possible to Croaker, but delaying the meet WILL get him killed. That means it will get Bullseye killed too. That is NOT going to happen. As a player you have to understand the logic here. As a player, I find ways to have my character work with the group instead of against it.

For example, Spiff might have reacted to your forgetting his earlier statement and then arguing with him about the Wild Things by asking Jack to shoot you. He didn't. Instead, I spent two days mulling over ways to make it so that our group could still work together. Give me a little slack here! I know you're a good enough player to do that kind of stuff too.

It is not an uncommon thing in 'Punk, and I can usually find a way to coerce difficult characters into doing things within the dynamics of the plot, so don't worry too much about it. The conflict between Croaker and Spiff is really rather entertaining.

I left the post open ended for any additional commentary that anyone might want to add, and indication that you either follow Jack's orders, or continue to come up with your own ideas.

So if I read the almost unreadable words of Jack right

1st) He wants us to hold up for now, no meet, no assault and any gear we need its up to Spiff to get them for us.

2nd) He has agreed with me that the Wild Things are not 100% toast as Spiff thinks. Does that mean he wants Scribe to let the word about the meet?? Hell in real life gangs are very very hard to take out completely.

3rd) Does Croaker have due to his years of running the shadows and from the cops and Ex-female Friends have a Safe House the party can use to hold up and resupply.

Jack just told us to do what I told us to do in the beginning. Bail on the meet and regroup for a chance to survive, lol.

You'd have to look through your sheet to see if you have any contacts that might help with the holing up scenario. There are hotels, motels, coffin hotels and motels, clubs, abandoned buildings, habitated buildings (can someone say, The Referee?), and any of other places you can try.

OK Sui I went through and edited your post big time you just cannot use the words you did in a post on this site. I left some of the words in but *** most of the letters in those words and I pretty much **** all the letters in the rest due to the nature of them.

Dude we have members here that are under the age of 14 and we have parents I am sure checking the sites that thier children log on to for god's sake and role play or no role play those words are a very big no no.
When you PMed me about the post before you put it up on the site to warn me it was heavly against Croaker and offered me a before posting copy I should have said yes but I had no idea you planned on using the words you did.

I am a player in this game and at this site and believe in the freedom to post what you want to a certain extent as long as it fits the game or thread your posting too and does not use major cuss words. But I am a Moderator first and as a Moderator I must ask you to not use those words again in any post, in any game on this site.

There is always the urge to make the game as gritty as possible. In most cases it can be done while hinting at the vulgarity that would likely insinuate themselves on people of this ilk.

No harm done, Sui. Everything was cleaned up when Tann went through the post. Let's game on, shall we?

Brom as you left your post I am unsure whats going on as far as my next post other then Jack and his guys going one way, everyone but Preacher for the moment going with me, and Spiff now all on his own.

Did we get into the van and drive off?, are we still at the Med School?, is Scribe and Guardian going to get in the van with me and is he going to try to get me to give Spiff a ride?

I left if hanging there on purpose so people would have a chance to post reactions. It is easy to assume Peacekeeper follows Croaker, and after barely being reunited with his tribesman after a few years apart, it is an easy thing to assume Bull's Eye goes with him as well. Firewind made his choice and is opting to stay with the larger crowd. What Preacher does is up to the player. Spiff has an invite from Scribe to go hang with him and Guardian for a bit (separate from Croaker), and Jack Co. is going their own route.

Right now, no one has officially left the building, though many have left the room.
