Okay

Made a couple of tweaks to my opening post including asking 'Legs' if she knew 'anything more' about the Ham Sandwich Tomb or what the Jerries may be looking for!

?????

It is an Amorous play off Betty Grable.

Yes the Lieutenant is badly scarred, but it is Rat's feeble attempt at suggesting there is a beauty about her as a woman, no matter her disfigurements!

From Wikipedia Throughout her career, Grable was celebrated for having the most beautiful legs in Hollywood and studio publicity often photographed her featuring them. Her iconic bathing suit poster made her the number one pin-up girl of World War II, surpassing Rita Hayworth. It was later included in the Life magazine project "100 Photographs that Changed the World".

No Problem

Thought you were taking issue with the Rat disrespecting the Lieutenant.

Just trying to 'Spark' some Role Play!

My Feeble Attempt

about me

If I take issue with something you say, I will send a PM. If I put a line or two on the forum with a smile face or a laughing face, I am trying to be funny.

gamms for days

I got the joke Alacrity, it took a couple reads though.

An i think the way i see Star behaving. She'd either out right ignore the legs comment. Feeling like rat was the type to flirt with most women out of flirtatious habit. or shrug it off that he was simply teasing her.

I give Hammer points for the historical after reference.

I do feel quite silly now realizing in my rush to post. I mis-spelled my own char's name, the first word in the post. haha

I never realized how often I don't capitalize things. All the more reason I see I need to slow down an spell check, even in edit.

Gotta Catch Up........

I'm already falling behind. Got a PM Astrid and I think we will also have a little side post. I was out of town yesterday and didn't take my laptop so I miss a bit. Had to rent a car and drive hours last night to Pontiac, got in about 9:30 pm. Went to GM Powertrain HQ to put on a 20 minute section of a supplier raining. Then went to Chrysler to pick some parts. Drove back after lunch and am just now reading Q&A, stories and PMs.

Astrid, I liked what you wrote in the PM and I'll send Doc's POV (once I get it written) for your review and then we can post. I think I'm going to backup a little more and go over Doc's POV of when he found you and started treating your wounds. The will take a little liberty with Al's storey set up. Then jump to sync with your PM. Sound OK?

If you can't tell I haven't read your or Hammer's post yet, that's next.

Alrighty Then..............

Just finished Astrid's and Hammer's post. Great stuff.

Doc will popoff at Rat and quip about Star's depth of knowledge.

Got to get started.
