Okay

I have gone back over the spell use so far

Jal: You have used 18 mana points out of 21 (that includes the fly spell)

Adrian: You have used 14 out of 16, also including the fly spell.

Kilgim: You have 4 first lvl, 4 second levels and 2 3rd left. (You have been conserving)

Finally!

Well excuse me for having to counter a fireball, find the invisible mages, provide us shelter for the night, summon reinforcements, grease the stairs... etc etc.

All you've done is find a "bear" in a cave lol

nah, just messin of course. Deal me into some Candyland.

Found a bear...

...and took a nap during battle that I lived to tell about, thank you very much, sir!

Oh yeah... I levitated that table, too, and made that fight all the more annoying.

*hands Valentine the orange guy* It's your turn... watch out for the Molasses Swamp.

Just like I did in the Starship Trooper game...

I just dropped a big ol' can of Raid on the scene. Took care of the whole problem. Except the Partial-Hulk dude--I talked with the gods, Olan, and they said they could get me outta this one, but you're "fooked". Sorry, man.

You can tell whenever I have posted. The doom and gloom messages start up in the Q&A again.

Ain't dead yet, mates!

fooked, indeed!

Eyup, it would appear that Arien is well and truly fooked.

Doom and gloom? Duh? Outnumbered by foes that should beat us IF we're healthy. And since we've been getting it handed to us of late, yeah... doom and gloom it is.

*shrug** That's okay, though. Maybe Alloryn wins through and nukes the bugs. Or at least Arien's death counts for SOMETHING.

It's all good. Even if we die here, I want to reserve a spot in your next game, Al.

LOL

Also cute and fluffy!

I ain't skeered just yet... Jal's still got enough mana to do a little something, I think, and is probably just crazy enough to risk Wizard's Twilight if things get too crunchy...

Quick question: Jal was heading towards Alloryn as of my last post... at this point, about how close would he be to her and where in relation to he and Alloryn are the dragonflies? Are we 'surrounded' or are they all approaching from one direction?... Probably come up with another or two but will address those in post.

from above

The DF unit is moving in for the same direction and are above and to the south of you. The AK are below you.

You and Adrian are very close to Alloryn, and can reach her faster than the bugs. However, they will be on you quickly after that (unless you drop the fly and plummett to the ground, in which case you have other things to worry about - like dirt).

misunderstood?

Hey, I don't want to paint you badly. Let's take stock.

1. The mages are all but out of mana. Maye they could have been more conserving, but then again, most of our fights have been hard enough as is; we might be dead if not for their casting.

2. We've been repeatedly smacked down by the lackey villains. No reason to think that will stop now.

3. Arien is going mano y mano with a boss, and is getting it handed to him. Clearly outclassed and on the losing end, he has to hope for divine/DM intervention or a die rolling hot streak of legendary proportions. And the dice are ice cold of late.

I'm hoping the dragon from the silver screen moment is a positive thing, but something in me screams something about a frying pan and a fire.

So sure, I could see how the empirical evidence above is leading to you being misunderstood, Al.
