Hammers alive!
Good to hear from you Hammer. I had the impression you would be back state-side a bit faster than that. I was beginning to wonder if maybe something had happened - it is good to know I was just off on the timeline and things are ok. Well, the big stuff anyway, the laptop ordeal sounds like a pain in the neck.
Glad your sorta back - and will be more fully soon. It will be good to get Hingatuli rolling again. Now we just need things to clear up for Darque.

Well Actually ...
..... I was in the States from the end of January until May 12th when I flew back over here to the Philippines to attend to some things regarding an orphanage that we started in January before I went to the States.
Have had limited access to the internet while in the States and the AT&T Portable Internet Connection snafu has really messed things up for me!
But I was given another laptop while ministering in Albuquerque [as noted in my Xenophobia reply] so I will be typing up some scenario info over the course of the summer.
But I do need the new books that C&C are releasing over the next few months before I get the new adventure underway
There will probably be room for 5 PC characters in the new adventure and I am debating about running one or just concentrating on the NPCs etc
As for Oaks Heart, I have received a PM from ShadowDragon and I will try to get something written in the next few days regarding Hingatuli and his prayer for 2nd Level advancement

Rat agrees that Anvil's direction
seems the way to go. Let's do it. Rat will examine the ring fo traps first in case of traps.
I will be off-line from Sat thru Sat (23-30 May) Anvil, feel free to "use" me as appropriate.

Movin' On
Ok, I guess I will probably make the group post even though we haven't heard from #3 yet. It has been a few days and I really don't see anything controversial about saying we continue following the path.
As always, speak up and the plan can change.

A Bit Rusty
Such as it is I have at least posted a prayer for Hingatuli to receive his updated list of spells.

working on it
will have a post up for both groups hopefully on Sunday afternoon. Anyone heard from Darque? I will run his character as an NPC for a while but would really like to have him back. I will post both of the groups on the game thread. There are no restrictions as far as discussing eachother's quest just keep in mind that your characters will have no clue what the others are doing so try to keep that seperate.
Nomad, since we haven't heard from DeGotti and i think Consortium is out of pocket for a while can you go ahead and give me your marching order and what weapons or action each are making? this will help move this along a little more radiply Sunday. Will T'sal be wearing the ring? How will anvil carry the lock of hair?

Marching Orders
I see no reason to change the marching order we had before - so it will be:
Anvil
T'Sal
Rat and Sprinkles
Rat was evidently having some trouble with the pooch - if it turns out to be too much for the little rogue, T'Sal will have to offer some aid. This is true if Anvil is trying to follow a trail. However, if the hair is making a clear indication of where to go and Anvil no longer needs to try and follow a path, then he can take the dog. But Rat has the task if he is able.
I am guessing that the hair is not hard to carry. Ideally this would allow Anvil to carry it in the same hand as something else. For example, at night he might have a torch in his left hand and the hair. (Assuming the torch flame is high up and no danger to the hair.) During the day he would give up the torch and carry a shield and the hair in his left hand. Also, if we are not following a path, but just the hair, I think all three of us have infravision and thus we would dispense with the torch. So the hair is held along with something else. If this is a problem and doesn't seem to work for some reason, Anvil will give up the offhand object and just hold the hair. He has his sword drawn in his right hand. (Taking Sprinkles if needed would assume both hair and leash in one hand or sheathing the sword for a leash.)
T'Sal is NOT wearing the ring at this point. That is a choice Degotti should make.
As for what the others are holding - go with whatever they said earlier. I see no reason why that type of thing would have changed.
We follow the hair.
Did I cover everything? I probably won't be back here until Sunday evening.

Hair! Long, beautiful hair!
If more detail is needed - Anvil will at first try to hold one end of the hair fairly tightly and let it dangle. If that doesn't work he would try various other options to see if it "reacts" in some way.

He's baaaaaccccckkkkkkkkk!
And the post sounds good to him.
Rat finds that Sprinkles now better responds to him when he whistles the theme from Lassie.

The orcs go marching one by one . . .
Well gang, I guess we keep following the hair.
Should we get up on the road and attempt to follow cautiously after the big group? We certainly don't want to meet an entire war party with just the 3 of us and a dog, but it might make the best time. Cautiously follow.
I forgot - were the orcs crossing heading West - towards town. Or East - away from town?
And good luck to Hingatuli, Trillion and Muffin.

I'm BACK!
I'm here, I need to catch up on the story thus far, but I'm here. For whatever reason, RDI stopped sending me emails when the forum updated, so I didn't know we were back on playing.
