I seldom get compliments like that ...
... so I usually don't know how to respond.
"Thank you" will have to suffice.
Wait. Are you and Okron in close contact? As in living in the same town, street, or house? Reason for request in PM soon ...

It is and once your character is done could you please PM it to me so I can add it and you, I will try to find a way to fit you in, plus the starting money is 5400 and not 3600, that was a mastake on my part.

So this is 3e...
I'm reading some of the 3e links utan provided for me and I'm starting to get it a little. It looks easy.
But, um, is there a char generator somewhere? Or should I just give you a char, name, weapons/armor, and you can do the rest? (where do you post your char sheets)?
And yes I mostly play good characters Neutral too, evil rarely cause I'm working on it.

Close Contact?
I once knew of a Character Generator, but I'd have to find it again first. Also, it took forever to load each time you made a change, but it worked.
Also, so answer Utan, yes, if living in close contact means I can extend my arm and inflict terror upon him while sitting at the computer.
This is the address EDIT: That was a bit ambiguous of a shift in topic. This is the address to the Generator.

Just remember to hit 'Roll the Dice' at least once after you select '5d6 best 3' to make sure you are getting the real deal *shifty eyes*
Beyond which ability score settings, I think it's all pretty self-explanitory. Even if you have to wait 5 minutes between each selection.

Wow...
I just re-learned that movement speeds other than 30 = a bonus or penalty to jump checks. Congratz, you know your breastplate? It just killed your level 6 fighter. You failed the jump check across the gorge XD

LOL @ Lvl 6 jump check
Exactlly how I lost a character at 9th level, but on a relatively simple jump across a narrow lava stream. Critical failure on check, so DM ruled that he was too close to the edge and it broke off as he put pressure on it for the jump.
Nothing left to push off of, no jump. Just fall ...

I'm sure you might be displeased at my post, it was deliberately inflammatory but it's role-playing. If you read the insert on catfolk then you should understand how emotional they are.

OOoh, what a toy!
- Is playing with the Redblade Generator and going through D&D directions - Not sure when I'll join ( ) Got a few character ideas on the mind
Ummmmmm, so um, can the char be lower than level 4? And does the starting money remain at 5400 G?

hmm...
Well you could be lower then 4th level if you want, but usually people want to be the same level. Unless you mean a level adjustment then still yes.
EDIT: Oh and about Jevaf's actions I had them all typed up and I thought I posted it but it turns out I didn't, so I updated it.

Don;t worry *ups*
Don't worry, I made up my mind thanks to Utan's help and my willpower. I'll be the same level; I was just worried about playing something beyond level 1 for a few reasons, but I can make level 4 seem the same.
My main prob will be typing up the char sheet. It's my first time and I'm a bit bewildered by the inventory/encumberance. But did most of it and it was a good learning experience.
Is what the char have entirely as items:
1.) What he's holding on this adeventure (chose what will benefit him?)
2.) what he has in total and he cna pick what he's taking with him?

Woot
Welcome to the group. (yeah, it seems like a lot of us don't really like the orcs - including the orcs themselves!)
Next thing would be to determine whether or not we should pretend you were here all along, or that your character was otherwise absent for some reason or another, but I'll leave that to the DM and yourself to decide. Perhaps the other players may have an opinion (or two) about the situation?
