So...

So I understand,

The halfling is going to attempt to pick the lock on the small door (to the office or the main warehouse building?). Both are very visible from the street, so I am assuming the dwarf brothers will stand in a manner (acting to be inspecting the building) so that they block the halfling from view. Echo is moving from the opposite side of the street, approaching the same door.

All this being said, I am assuming that the carriage is dropping you off a block or two down the road. Is that correct?

yea

That would be a very astute assumption, much less suspicious looking.

Ok

We're on people. This will take a lot of talking, I suppose, to figure out what exactly is going on.

Alright

Well, no one except Almerin posted... not much for me to run with. I will ask for everyon to declare where they are as this conversation begins. I'm assuming the two dwarves are in the office. Where is everyone else?

well

Argent is standing right outside the office.

People, I hope this isn't the beginning of a loss of interest in this game already. We've only just begun! Get to posting!

what's up people?

I'm all for going with my gut feeling and kicking ass. But that's not very like my character. So, if there is anybody bold enough to mention the scream we heard? Or otherwise provoke anything of a reaction?

Note

The "back door" that is being referred to is still in full view of the street. Just something to be aware of.

Another Note

Due to the observations mentioned by your comrades I believe I should mention this. While I will not say if their guesses are correct or not, neither slavery, nor the imprisonment of intelligent beasts (such as for a wizard's menagerie) are against the law, nor are they uncommon, even in the "Free City" of Calatain.

no

But I'm sure a LG monk such as Argent might object to it?

That depends

If slavery is legal, wouldn't it be unlawful to disrupt a slave trade? *sly grin*

Then again, that's something you have to decide for yourself.

A little flexibility

Something was apparently missed in the descriptions so I'm going to manipulate your posts a bit. I hope the results don't end up counter to your intentions.

The guard across the warehouse is pacing angrily, he is in the opposite corner of the place to you and is not approaching. The boxes between you and the guards leave no room above or on the outside ofthem to navigate around (as Deleel mentioned).

Since we only have 4 reliable posters, only 4 people are taking action (though I will take that into account as I had originally planned on 6 PCs).

Just giving everyone a heads up.

Map

I suppose I could have put together a map next time, but I don't know how to post it (or even if I can).

Just to make sure

There are four reliable posters right now:
Almerin
Shield Wolf
Dakarta
and myself

Whose characters are:
Argent
Echo
Skit
and Thiferl

Ivellios is being controlled by Steelight right now but Jozan1 hasn't posted in a while. Aurion is gone, as is dayshadow.

In game there were three guards, and we've taken out two of them. The last of which has not taken any damage as of yet. Skit is the only player to have taken damage so far.

We're in this warehouse to find some crates with a symbol of a triskele enclosed in a circle on them. We're to bring these to a warehouse marked on the map. These crates may be on this floor or in the cellar beneath us.

We heard some screaming earlier, and unless it came from the guards, or one of the crates, it must have come from the cellar beneath us.

Am I correct so far?
