Just my two cents re:combat order
In previous games I've had the pleasure of participating in, I have found that it works very well for everyone to post their intent, then the DM rolls and does the update on the outcome of everyone's actions. In this way, the first person to post gets the first action, and everyone else past that can build on each other's posts and actions. Make sense?
So if one guy slashes at ... say an orc that is attacking, and he has a giant two headed beast with him then I could come in at attack the beast, since the orc is already attacked....kind of a lame example, but I hope you get the point. We can build up our own posts off of other people's posts. I do that a lot. Otherwise the game is rather choppy, rather than characters working together for a common story...
Does that make sense? Or did I botch the entire explanation attempt?
((Keeping in mind I posted this before reading the rest of the posts regarding this matter, so forgive me if this has already been decided on, or already been said. I just thought I'd put my opinion in the pot...>.>))

What you say sounds about right.
I think you got the general aim we have.
And I agree, I tend to build my posts on what others say they do before mine, when the actions would be easy to tell/time is appropriate. Such as Basyl's plan going a tad astray when Render vanished. When I go first it completely depends on the type of character for the scale or 'adventurous magnitude' of the actions.

yer
I think that the order we post in should be the order of the actions taken, but I still like init so I'd be tempted to say we should post in init order...

it is conditional
I see it as out of combat actions (which goes until now - what with two free rounds) are what we do happens in the order that we post.
In combat we post our intent, and as we discussed before, Jozan sorts out the initiative and rolls and tells us what happens. We'll see what is what shortly and all will be well.

Next combat
simple tumble, stab turn. if it is possible to position himself in a way to get an attack of opportunity on the fallen man, Basyl does so but he is gunning for the elven thug now; Render is his.
Edit: 100posts ^_^

Applaud for you
Applaud for you for putting up with my shameless sniping of the thread.
*spanks himself*
Bad Loki for stealing T_O's posting spot!
I'd love it if you could put more descripting into your characters actions... I'd also prefer to keep at least one of the bandits alive for questioning. Valandril pick's the elf as they are both elves... no other reason then that. But the bandit leader, if he doesn't bleed to death, could be questioned if we stabalise him and.... yer that'll take too long.
EDIT: But we don't have to do that, seeing as Leanderia knows where the bandit camp is.

angles
Isn't working angles what Basyl does best?
It's all cool man, I've already edited my post so that I don't finish saying surrender because of your attack. I feel there is always room for a bit of comedy.

Well, we now have fancier descriptions.
More on the great leap, and I've left the attack the same. hehe. Basyl's getting into all kinds of trouble.

No, thats just a normal move action on his part. but if you go first in initiative you'll be able to shoot before he attacks.

lets hope this works.
this is the map, any questions please ask.
also b1 is the guy in scalemail who is on his knees trying to figure out how not to die, b2 is the guy in studded leather with the short sword, b3 is the guy with axe and shield that Basyl attacked, and elf is the guy who render smashed with a rock. also, that U on the black dot should be an R for Render. also, pretend I said right cheek, not left

Things I LOVE about this map:
"b1 is the guy in scalemail who is on his knees trying to figure out how not to die"
"A cool pine tree"
"Another pine"
"Another oak"
"Forest and stuff" and "More forest and stuff"
The fact that you've spelt bedroll with and without the space in the middle
The fact you thought Render began with a "U"
I give this map 7 out of a possible 5.
EDIT: I would now like to make a Knowledge Geography check to find out why this woodland is in a sutable location for both Oak and Pine trees to grow.

Lol thanks guys, I did have " A sweet fire " written next to the firepit but the bedroll ate it. Also oak trees grow in the same temperate zones as pine trees, and are commonly found together, just like in upstate ny
