Ok I tell LOL
A Yo Yo of Fate as read from the Encyclopedia Magica Volume 4...
This Yo-Yo looks like any normal yo-yo of bright red in color though its string glows a faint yellow.
However the Yo-Yo of fate when carried adds a +1 to all of a person’s saving throws and when desired may altar fate for that day. A Particular 1d20 roll made for a combat or saving throw purpose is chosen and altered (but only before the roll is made). For every time the roll is changed the Yo-Yo’s string shortens by 1 inch for every +1 added to that roll.
Note the Yo-Yo of Fate does not guarantee that a die roll will succeed it merely adds to the chance involved. The Yo-Yo’s come with various lengths of string when found, and once the last inch of string is used the Yo-Yo disappears.
So since no one answered I guess the next question once again lays upon my shoulders ~sigh~ to carry such a burden may my shoulders and back be strong.
Next Question:
In the Forgotten Realms setting who or what wears a silver harp (Ok this should be a reletivly easy one )

Well...
Since no one actually answered it, the Harpers.
In the vein of easy questions, who is referred to as "He-Who-Is-Gruumsh"?

Truth are these words.
Kyle stands and grasps his holly symbol, “As a battle cleric of Rohann, Goddess of the Sea, I have been taught some of the ways of the enemy. Gruumsh is the one you speak of.” Kyle turns to Almerin, “You speak the truth.” He then begins to address all in the Inn that night, “Gruumsh One Eye is another of his many names, is the most worshiped or feared god of the orcs.” Kyle spits upon the ground when saying that word. “Gruumsh holds power over those he governs by brute strength. This Gruumsh is a vile and evil being.” Kyle then bows to Almerin, “I believe by the rules of the game it is your turn to put forth a question.”

Maybe not so easy...
I thought we had more Drizzt readers here.
He-Who-Is-Gruumsh is the orc chief Obould Many-Arrows.
What is the name of the barbarian tribe whose chief's son Wulfgar killed?

*sigh*
Come on people... It'll be a sad day when I'm the one answering the questions from the stinking Do'Urden novels.

stopped
I stopped reading Drizzt books after the first two... they got all the same in my opinion. I got tired of reading the fighting scenes. So if I hear a title like 'a thousand orcs', then I know they're all going to end up on the dark elf's blades. Possibly even in one big battle
It's been a long time since I read those books anyway... so I wouldn't know the answer to your new question. My last guess was pretty good though *YAY*

Drizzt
I find to be a hollow and one-dimensional character. He can't grow and evolve because the fan-base would riot. Entreri, on the other hand, can and did. It was masterfully done. I think that it's high time the dark elf hero was retired, however. We all already know what's going to happen. Drizzt falls into ennui and gets all emo, beats the snot out of everyone and everything that crosses his path, then gets all philosophical about stuff.
Now a series of novels following Jarlaxle... THAT I could get behind. You never know what side he's on or when he'll change his mind. There's so much room for backstory we don't know and ongoing adventures. Furthermore, he's a character that can grow, evolve and change, which Do'Urden simply can't.
There's a word for characters like Drizzt, and it's not complimentary: Mary Sue. Bob can write with depth, I've seen it. The sooner I see the last of Drizzt, the happier I'll be.

Drizzt
I agree. Drizzt was a great character to begin with, being a drow who was not sadistic and maniacally devoted to Lloth, but has become too cliche'.
I also prefer Entreri. He has more depth, and is more fleshed out.
