Head to the Q&A thread for this game, and check the link to the Trek Tools (or grab it from the Armory dropdown in the main menu).

Choose USS Peregrine, go to roster; you can directly add your character there if you like - and you can just stub it in to start with, then edit later.

If you want to see some sample characters, instead pick the USS Discovery from the Trek tools and go to that roster. All characters are clickable.

I found it that should be a big help getting me started other then my pic and name lol

Got to stay a lurker this time. I just started a new job and will be traveling a bit the next couple of months so I won't have the time to dive into this. I was just getting into how to play my character in the last one when it fizzled. I'm not the best versed on Star Trek RP so it was taking a lot of time for me even though it may not have appeared that way by my posts.

I may have over thought my character by making him a descendant of the Lone Ranger and the Green Hornet. As the Security Officer it was going to get odd as he held up the traditions of the Silver Bullet.

But I will love reading the story.

Looks awesome, Fefferton! I am enthused seeing all the interest. I was going to just recycle my old character, but I think this merits some thought and a new officer.

And to confirm, yes, I'd like the chief engineer slot.

Is Deep Space 9 active? I was thinking of having my character born on it.

Deep Space Nine is still under Cardassian control in 2365 (our game time). The station was built in 2346, which would make it too new for your character to have been born aboard it... but regardless, it does not come under Federation control until 2369.

You can, however, choose to be from any one of a huge number of Federation starbases. You don't have to go with a canon item, either; feel free to say something like "born on Starbase 212", and nobody will blink an eye.

But I was looking at DS9 due to the thief race that lived there. Would they be found anyway else?

Don't ask the name I have not found it yet but your most likely know it.

Ok nvm I found them the Ferengi but they were not the race I was thinking of in knowing various fighting styles.

Just checked the roster for the Peregrine, and I've gotta say, I'm all bouncity-bounce-bounce to see the good stuff that's going in there! Can't wait to see this thing expand and, of course, get under way!

Just edited the first post in this thread to include typical time spent in each given rank. Useful for those trying to fill out their service records.

Got the Bio for Lt Tochi Zai all but done and posted to the USS Peregrine roster in Trek Tools. Still have some medical history and such to flesh out in order to give a little more "depth" to the guy (plus I've got four previous hosts for the symbiont to consider) buuuuut, for the most part, there's your CFCO, ready for your review and happy to be serving with you!
