Has anyone noticed how if you and another online member keep trying to enter chat, after about oh sayyy...5-10 tries, it will eventually start working? That often happens in my case, anyway. So if chat doesn't work at first, try try again. Maybe it will wisen up and figure out what it's supposed to do.

Simply go to the link that says Dragonchat and click on a room, or if none are there jsut press submit. You must be allowing popups from this site for this to work.

Well in chat 3 of us suddenly got idles messages of around 70 in number, but it only kicked one of us. The rest of us stayed and the idle messages vanished. So...it sorta works better!

I have suggested it, but our webmaster doesn't seem to be biting. In any case, when even our new improved inn went down recently, I'm going to recommend it again. I suggest we move the chat to IRC. Since no one wants to make the effort to initiate it, I've already started one with a dice rolling (among other things) bot. This is NOT officially sanctioned by the inn, but I know that I would like to keep in contact with you people even when the inn is down. Also, I never get to chat because of all the kicks and the unusual interface.

Well I can tell you what I use to do to get chat to work, back before the site up and died the first(?) time. I woke up, logged into chat, and stayed there all day. then people perusing the site would be all like "oh, someone's on chat". and come in. then more people would be like, "chat looks like it's filling up." and come in. Sooner or later it would be bustling. usually by noon. that's the only surefire way I found to get chat to actually be used, though.

If you want chat to be full, you have to chat. Kind of a chicken and egg type thing.

Chat is hustlin' and bustlin' again. There are people in it. They be a chatting.
